Very good service! I have rent Skoda Octavia, it was nice, without any damages, it was almost fully refuelled, with pleasant smell inside. Pleasant and cheerful administrators helped us with flexible time ranges and advises on specifics of Spanish road rules and local roads best routes. I am fully satisfied with the service. Thanks!
Such a shame as I was really happy with my hire car experience until Olimpia randomly charged my card with no prior warning over a month after the booking. It took a lot to get customer service to send me any form of proof of a traffic fine. We were more than happy to pay any legitimate fine but I'm not sure why they didn't send an email notifying first and why it was so difficult to get proof of the fine from them. Edit to say a month later and I have now received another charge from them with no contact.
Great service from Olimpia in Salou. They have a pick up and drop off service where they will collect you from your hotel / Camp to collect the car you hire from their office, which is extremely efficient. Very efficient service also, car is cleaned as you complete the paperwork so the car is spotless and in perfect order when you sit in it, and the completion of the hire when dropped back is quick and efficient which is ideal when you are on holiday. Heavy rain meant we were limited on things to do in Salou so looked at the reviews for Olimpia and called in to hire a car. Managed to hire an opel corsa pretty much brand new for 1 day, full insurance which meant absolutely no responsibility on damage only to glass and tyres for PS65 for the day. Really impressed. EUR250 deposit but given back as soon as keys were handed over. I'd use them again. I would pay the extra for full insurance (EUR18) again also as it takes the stress away of worrying if a stone chip is going to cost you EUR400
