Simple, straight forward and a fair deal for a fair price
Great service and no issues, car was not exact one we booked but that is normal and we booked at short notice. As others said you do need a drivers licence and credit card
For the second time 5, although busy week and the the car i've book (P208) was not available I got a super alternative Merc C230 AMG. For the same price. The lady, was also kind and honest when returning the car with a chipped windshield. Must say if everyone had the positive and respectful attitude at the pickup, maybe there were no 1 reviews. See you next time.

This is the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The staff at the reception is very rude and unhelpful. They just gave us the car key and asked us to look for the car by ourselves. They said the car was in the outdoor carpark at the back or the hotel. We went there and the car was not there. After my partner went back and forth between the carpark and the reception for 3 times and I stood at the carpark under the sun for an hour, they finally opened their underground carpark and asked us to look for the car there. We found the car after 1 hour with no one trying to help and they didn't even check the damage with us. We had to call Europcar to report the demage. Avoid this branch if you can!!!
The worst Europcar experience I've had in Europ. Normally quite good. Don't appear to clean cars or check for damage. Didn't have the car I ordered. Service is still heavily reliant on paper work. App is only used for making bookings, can't be used to report damage, drop off in formation. Had to make multiple trips to office to report damaged and incorrect booking. Took much longer to leave with car than planned.
Helpful lady from Bulgaria who served us. Quick and efficient, nothing was a problem when we changed our mind about something. Car was clean and what we asked for. I would use again!
