Alquilamos una furgoneta ayer y hoy la hemos devuelto. Una buena experiencia la verdad, a parte del precio piden una fianza que me devolveran manana segun me dijeron. La persona que nos recibio fue amable y nos lo explico todo de forma clara y rapidamente. Ven los golpes que tiene y los apuntan contigo delante lo cual es algo que me gusta pues anadi un par de toques que tenia a mayores para no llevarme yo la culpa. Los precios son de los mas altos de la zona pero hay que reconocer que la flota de vehiculos que tienen es casi toda nueva y en buen estado.
We rented a van yesterday and today we returned it. A really good experience, apart from the price they ask for a deposit that they will return to me tomorrow as they told me. The person who greeted us was friendly and explained everything to us clearly and quickly. The prices are among the highest in the area but it must be recognized that the fleet of vehicles they have is almost all new and in good condition.

He tenido durante dos meses un furgon alquulado de esta empresa. He estado pagando un furgon de 12m cubicos y me han dado uno de 10m cubicos hecho polvo. Al devolverlo para ir e con la competencia no me devolvieron la fianza con la excusa de que como la habia abonado en efectivo en otra agencia me lo devolverian por transferencia. Despues de dos meses sigo esperando los 180EUR con la excusa de que he dado un parte al seguro lo cual es cierto pero tambien es cierto que el vehiculo no sufrio ningun desperfecto. En la competencia me dan por el mismo precio un vehiculo de 15 m cubicos y en mejores condiciones y no dan largas a la hora de cambiar ruedas o hacer mantenimientos.
I have had a rented van from this company for two months. I have been paying for a 12 cubic meter van and they have given me a 10 cubic meter van that is in ruins. When I returned it to go to the competition, they did not return the deposit with the excuse that since I had paid it in cash at another agency, they would return it to me by transfer. After two months I am still waiting for EUR180 with the excuse that I have given a report to the insurance which is true but it is also true that the vehicle did not suffer any damage. In the competition they give me a 15 cubic meter vehicle for the same price and in better condition and they don't delay when it comes to changing wheels or doing maintenance.
