Nice car, good price, easy transaction.
I made the reservation online I paid money and they kept the cancellation fee because they claimed that my driving licence was not translated in English and they could not give me the car. Even though I tried to explain that I was going to do the translation in the upcoming days, they couldn't do anything to refund the full amount of the reservation and they left me hanging on the street with my luggage. Horrible service and please don't ever use it.
Prise en charge rapide, voiture propre. Ils reprennent la voiture en l'inspectant tres rapidement, sans essayer de vous arnaquer parce que vous n'avez pas pris l'assurance. Seul bemol : Facturation de 50 euros supplementaire pour pouvoir aller au Portugal, ce qui n'est pas annoncee lors de la reservation en ligne.
Fast pick-up, clean car. They take the car back and inspect it very quickly, without trying to rip you off because you didn't take out insurance. Only downside: Additional billing of 50 euros to be able to go to Portugal, which is not announced when booking online.
Alquilar un coche nunca fue tan sencillo y rapido. A pesar de no ser cliente y tener que completar todos mis datos, a la persona que me atendio no le llevo mas de 3 minutos. El coche limpio, bien cuidado y con muy pocos kilometros. La entrega igual de facil que la recogida.
Renting a car has never been so simple and fast. Despite not being a customer and having to fill out all my information, it didn't take the person who helped me more than 3 minutes. The car is clean, well maintained and with very few kilometers. Delivery as easy as pickup.
El vehiculo no fue revisado en mi presencia ni en la recepcion ni en la entrega con lo que podrian haber dicho lo que fuera de danos. Y ademas la fianza que me cobraron ( dado que fue por una asistencia en carretera a traves del seguro) llevo mas de 10 dias sin recibirla y perdiendo el tiempo en llamadas y correos. Es con la unica empresa de este tipo que me a pasado. 0% recomendacion
The vehicle was not inspected in my presence either at reception or at delivery so they could have said anything about damage. And also the deposit they charged me (since it was for roadside assistance through insurance) I haven't received it for more than 10 days and wasting time on calls and emails. It is the only company of this type that has happened to me. 0% recommendation
We reserved the car through the ADAC website which offered a better price and included all necessary insurances. The staff at the office was very friendly and everything from the pickup to the return went smoothly. I also had some questions upfront which were answered in due time by the Spanish Europcar customer service by email. My only critique would be the opening hours, the office is closed between 1 and 4 pm.
