The service is really bad and the people working there are very rude (especially if you don't speak Spanish). No effort to help or assist you whatsoever. We rented a car online, paid for it and when we went to pick it up they said it was not available and gave us another one even though we booked a specific car. They charged us 10EUR extra without telling us what it's for even though we thoroughly checked and made sure we did not surpass the km. limit and returned the car with even more gas than what we got it with. Overall bad experience, I would not recommend it.

We rented a car a few days ago and the truth is that we didnt have any problems. They gave us the car as soon as we arrived at the office, we returned it outside office hours leaving the keys in the box outside and a few days later they returned the deposit. I personally recommend it.

No volvere ahi y no dejare mi dinero en esta oficina en particular hasta que no haya cambios pertinentes y drasticas. Gracias por atnecion.
