a primera vista muy bien aunque la persona de recepcion me informo de un problema con la aguja del nivel de combustible cuando devolvi el vehiculo no habia lugar para estacionar la misma persona con tono despectivo y altivo me dijo que tenia que ir al estacionamiento indicado Al parking de los cypreses luego despues de comprobar el estado del vehiculo que nous querria hacer conmigo me dio un problema con el nivel de la gasolina y me quiso cobrar la diferencia Tuve que alzar la voz recordandole firmemente que habia un problema. No lo recomiendo para nada estan tratando de estafarte.

Alquilamos un coche el dia 15 de Septiembre y genial Funciona super bien e ideal para viajes largos lo recomiendo muchisimo Los q atienden fenomenal 1 semana pero genial lo recomiendo muchisimo repetiria 1 y mil veces mas Muchisimas gracias x todo a esta empresa

tenia que recoger el coche a las 19:00h y la oficina cerrada, con un cartel de volvemos enseguida, su horario es hasta las 19:15h he alquilado varias veces y rodolfo me ha dado indicaciones confusas que me han hecho incrementar el gasto, asi que mucho cuidado con alquilar en esta oficina. ademas la atencion al cliente no te soluciona los problemas, emiten facturas por un importe menor al que te cobran en cuenta y si vas con empresa q tienes q pedir factura eso no lo puedes justificar. al parecer lo cobran desde una sede en reino unido y el dinero se pierde sin que puedas reclamarlo ni justificar rl gasto, por lo que mucho cuidado con esta empresa

I can't recommend renting a car here, we didn't get the 200 Euros kaution back after five weeks and didn't receive any explanation for it.
Servicio muy comodo para la recogida y profesional, a mejorar solamente destacaria la devolucion de los coches que es en una localizacion diferente bastante apartada. Por otro lado considero esencial destacar la amabilidad, profesionalidad, cercania y buen trato recibido por Rodolfo. Antes, durante y despues del alquiler siempre se ha preocupado por ayudar en todo lo posible, esforzandose por dar el mejor trato y sin lugar a dudas, teniendo un comportamiento intachable con los clientes.
