La peor de las experiencias en cuanto a la atencion llamo por un fallo de una furgoneta me indican llevarla a la oficina. Y estando alli me dicen que no hacen nada y que solo me responden si envio un correo. Perdiendo asi 3 horas y 120 kl El dia. De ayer

Pesimo servicio! Te hacen cargos en la tarjeta sin ser capaces de enviar una factura ni saber a que corresponde.. ademas que no comentan nunca a pesar de haber llamado varias veces de todos los extras que pueden llegar a cobrar, km, declarar titular?? Una falta de respeto total.
Terrible service! They make charges on your card without being able to send an invoice or know what it corresponds to... in addition, they never comment despite having called several times about all the extras that they can charge, km, declare the owner?? A total lack of respect.
Good Car service overall, however the staff were not the nicest. Apparently you're not allowed to rent a car with a Polish passport and Spanish Drivers License, which I find bizzare, and there was never a mention of minimum driving license experience required to rent the vehicle, neither in T&C nor on the rental agreement. Was told renting a car while still driving with the Green "L" plate is not allowed at Europcar. Overall, the car was in great condition and the turnaround time was good, just would like to ask for better information next time. If those things are addressed then definitely will change the review for a better rating.
Recogi un Formentor de sustitucion por mi seguro . Cuando lo recogi la imagen es que esta lleno el deposito !!! Pero estos coches te avisan del ultimo reportaje ( foto ) 48 km !!! El dia de la devolucion le pongo 18,67 EUR de gasolina, es decir 11.12 litros y lo devuelvo !!! Me facturan 5 litros, 10,53 EUR . Solo circule 68 km !!! Me sale una media de 23,70 EUR/l a los 100 !!!! No, es una mala praxis y te cobran siempre el relleno pero no lo hacen !!! Al cliente anterior le cobraron 48 km ( aprox 25-30 EUR). Viven del engano y la buena fe de los clientes
I picked up a replacement Formentor for my insurance. When I picked it up the image shows that the tank is full!!! But these cars warn you of the last report (photo) 48 km!!! Excelente experiencia en Europcar Sabadell. La atencion en mostrador era clara y concisa, rapida y con buenas explicaciones. En mi caso alquile unas horas una furgoneta grande de carga. Era muy nueva y sin problemas, te dejan 350km sin coste adicional. Costo muy barato, la politica de combustible es devolverlo como lo encontraste (lleno).El deposito fue de 500EUR y tardo 48h en devolverse. Puedes devolver el vehiculo aunque la oficina este cerrada dejando el vehiculo en sus proximidades y tirando la llave a su buzon. Solo pediria alguna cincha gratuita en furgonetas. 0 problemas y comodo, recomiendo mucho alquilar en esta marca.
Excellent experience at Europcar Sabadell. The service at the counter was clear and concise, fast and with good explanations. In my case, I rented a large cargo van for a few hours. It was very new and had no problems, they give you 350km at no additional cost. It was very cheap, the fuel policy is to return it as you found it (full). The deposit was EUR500 and it took 48 hours to be returned. You can return the vehicle even if the office is closed by leaving the vehicle nearby and putting the key in its mailbox. I would only ask for some free straps in vans. 0 problems and comfortable, I highly recommend renting from this brand.
