Extremely great service provided by Yasmine. She explained the entire process of airport return and gave tour of the upgraded car. The car she provided was amazing and 2024 Nissan SUV. Yasmine is very pleasant to deal with and she's very friendly and has a big smile on her face all the time. Thank you Yasmine for all your help. Experiencia surrealista, que llegue a sentirme hasta incomodo. Teniamos una reserva 2 meses de antelacion, pagada (nada barato). Al llegar al establecimiento el dia y hora acordada en la reserva nos dice el empleado despoto que no la tienen la Furgoneta que teniamos reservada. Teniamos la furgoneta reservada a las 9 por un motivo y su unica solucion esque nos esperemos a ver si hay suerte a las 12 sin darnos una fiabilidad... no tienen verguenza. Exijimos la hoja de reclamaciones oficial y no la tienen, donde en su pared tienen un cartel en grande donde pone que si. Experiencia -1 NO SE RECOMEINDA A NADIE ESTA COMPANIA. 0 PROFESIONALIDAD. 0 EMPATIA. En fin una verguenza.
Surreal experience, that even made me feel uncomfortable. We had a reservation 2 months in advance, paid for (not cheap). When we arrive at the establishment on the day and time agreed upon in the reservation, the arrogant employee tells us that they do not have the Van that we had reserved. We had the van reserved at 9 for a reason and their only solution is that we wait to see if there is luck at 12 without giving us a guarantee... they have no shame. We demanded the official complaint form and they don't have it, where on their wall they have a large sign saying yes. Experience -1 THIS COMPANY IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. 0 PROFESSIONALISM. 0 EMPATHY. Ultimately a shame.
Today we rented a car at enterprise. I normally don't leave reviews but the employee who attended us, Mateo, did a really great job in attending us, explaining and showing us the car. It was an exceptionally good service that I have never experienced at a car rental place before. He was super attentive and polite. You should give him a promotion because he deserves it.

Perfect place for renting Car, price and quality well balanced. Good service, everything went smooth. The Cars are pretty new and maintained in good condition. "Albert" at the desk was helpful and spoke English (plus factor). I booked Seat Ibiza, as it was not available, they upgraded me to Nissan Qashqai at the same price (had a wonderful driving experience). Would definitely choose again and highly recommend it to others.
I always receive a great service from the team, prompt and reliable. They also have some very good cars to choose from, and always willing to help.
