Lamentablemente esta empresa no la recomiendo .. mi madre alquilo un coche y le cobraron dos dias y le retuvieron 200EUR que no se le dijo que se iba a retener ese dinero cuando reviso la tarjeta de credito fue que se entero que se le desconto el dinero y al final cuando devolvio el coche no se le devolvio el dinero y llamo a la oficina y le dicen que llame a otra oficina y nunca le dan una solucion se han quedado con el dinero ..

Hice una reserva online, que fue confirmada automaticamente por Avis, cuando llegue a la sucursal no tenian el vehiculo y vaya, la explicacion es, que se les paso cancelar la reserva para que me enviaran la notificacion. Lo peor es que te retienen el dinero y despues de 7 dias aun no me han hecho la devolucion o desbloqueo del dinero. Me quede sin vehiculo, cosa que me perjudico en mi trabajo, y sin dinero. Su respuesta, que no pueden hacer nada y una risilla nerviosa del recepcionista.

Este sitio me parece una verguenza. Nunca jamas vamos a volver a contar con esta empresa que juega asi con los clientes. Una amiga y yo alquilamos uno de sus coches en Francia, nos hicieron una retencion de 200 euros por si tenian que descontar algo. Hasta ahi sin problema. Pues resulta que nos han cobrado un dia extra de uso del coche cuando NO es cierto, doble pago del seguro conductor joven y llevamos semanas intentando recuperar nuestro dinero. Se pasan la pelota unos a otros, que si llame aqui, que mande un correo alla, etc. Me parece una falta de profesionalidad increible, y que tengais la poca verguenza de decir en las oficinas YENDO EN PERSONA, que no os haceis cargo porque "Ha sido fuera de Espana" cuando es vuestra responsabilidad porque es vuestra empresa... Me parece alucinante. No os preocupeis que esto no se va a quedar aqui, formalizaremos una denuncia a consumo y llevaremos esto a donde haga falta.

Yo alquile por medio de mi aseguradora, pero la verdad que muy bien, bastante rapido. Si por algun motivo necesitara otro coche, repetiria. Ahora a ver lo que se tarda en devolver la fianza qur tuve que dipositar.

El servicio es pesimo, ya que desde mi experiencia me acerque a la oficina y pregunte si alquilaban coche a una persona novel (todo el mundo entiende que novel es la persona que lleva menos de un ano con carnet) una chica, me dijo que si, por lo que al dia siguiente reserve un coche para el fin de semana. Cuando fui a recoger el coche el dia 30/03/23 el hombre que habia en recepcion me dijo que no era posible que me lo dieran ya que segun el, ellos no alquilan a conductores novel. No me dieron el coche y se han quedaro con mi dinero. A mi me han estafado y no me quieren poner solucion rapida. Deberian contratar a gente que sepa lo que significa la palabra novel, gente mas cualificada, en la atencion al cliente, ya que el hombre no me dio NINGUNA solucion.
