Nos dejaron tirados en otra compania y teniamos que salir para Madrid si o si esa tarde. No nos daban soluciones ni tenian suficientes furgonetas grandes en ninguna compania. Finalmente dimos con esta empresa llamamos y nos atendieron (Albert) de manera super eficiente y rapida. En 5 minutos teniamos furgoneta. Llegamos y efectivamente era lo que nos habia vendido y todo como pactado y hablado. Sin sorpresas ni letra pequena. La devolucion rapida y sin todo bien. Volveremos a alquilar con ellos a partir de ahora.
They left us stranded with another company and we had to leave for Madrid no matter what that afternoon. They didn't give us solutions nor did they have enough large vans in any company. Finally we found this company, we called and they assisted us (Albert) super efficiently and quickly. In 5 minutes we had a van. We arrived and it was indeed what had been sold to us and everything was as agreed and discussed. No surprises or small print. The return was quick and everything was fine. We will rent with them again from now on.
I have been using Aina Car for years and their service is always excellent. Super friendly staff, lots of options - and they easily resolved an emergency issue I had where I needed to book an extra day. They even let me leave my car with them while I was renting. 10/10 un servei inmillorable
