Valls Rent a Car & Scooter MALLORCA in S'Arenal

I had a 5 star experience with Valls rent a car in El Arenal and I'd definitely use this company again whenever I'm on the island. I got a toyota Aygo and it was a perfect car for exploring the island. The reservation process and picking up the car was very quick and smooth. Same for returning the car - just parked it at the same spot and handed them the keys. The car was in great condition, got it with a full tank and returned the same. They didn't even take the deposit. If you're in El Arenal you cannot go wrong with this company.

I rent car with manual and little engine, was hard for me drive so I change my mind and ask for scooter. The staff was very respectfully, even i was in bad mood first day :D Owner come, made me clear about company policy and made may day better ;) all time everybody was calm and with smile, I was satisfied how easy problems can be solved. Staff helped me choose helmet which fits for me, describe about scooter what i need to know ;) i could write only few words that is good place to rent scooter, but i think better know, what company is customer friendly even when customer not :D thanks for help guys ;)

The staff is really nice but we didn't like the car, it wasn't expensive for the high season. We opted for toyota aygo and it wasn't easy to drive.

I'm driving 450km in 3 days with a new Vespa GTS 300....can't get enough of it... My Day Trip Route, 230km in 7 hours: From El Arenal to Port d'Andratx try anytime nearby the see....then Andratx following MA10 through the tramontana mountains until Port d'Soller ...back to Arenal Also Visit by Scooter: Santanyi, Cala Pi Beach, and of course: Palma! In German: einfach eine Vespa mieten und los! Keine versteckten Kosten oder Abzocke, neue Roller, nettes Personal, gute Preise!

Very kind and professional. Talked in english and german. We booked 7 scooters. Booking was fast and easy. The scooters were almost new, even if they already had driven 2000km. We damaged one scooter a little bit. (Scooter driver fell in a slow speed) The costs for that damage were fair. Thank you very much. We had fun!

Service was really good. My boyfriend and I got served by two girls who were amazing. We got a Vespa on the first day and a 500 on the second day. Both very clean and new. The process of getting the rentals was quick and easy. Would recommend

I had the experience of renting a Toyota Aygo at Valls Rent. the car is clean, the air conditioner worked very well. 55 euros per day is a very good price for renting a car in Majorca! deposit 0 euros! this is important! thank you ,Valls Rent!

Very good rental service in El Arenal. This was my first time renting any vehicle so I did my research and I am glad I did chose Valls for our Scooter hire. As a motorcyclist I knew what I wanted - Aprilia 125 Scooter. The price was amazing (it's a bit cheaper when you book it online than in the shop) and we received a brand new scooter with only 100 kilometers. This one I would say is the best value for money and it's more than capable to get you and the passenger anywhere on the island. We paid around 120EUR per 4 days + 100EUR deposit (30EUR/day) and did around 500km (really fuel efficient - spent around 30-40EUR on fuel - whole time with the passenger doing the same speed - sometimes more as cars were doing). We really appreciated the fact that with the scooter you don't need to always look for a parking lot which saved a lot of time. The staff was excellent their English was really good. I have noticed that my helmet is missing ear padding on second day (highway was really noisy because of that) so I decided to come and solve this - they offered a new helmet and the second I put my current one back the said it needs to be placed somewhere else for cleaning first (so they care about hygiene - big thumbs up). I decided to to just put the ear padding into my current helmet and everything was fine since then. Unfortunately the last day before we were supposed to bring the scooter back I decided to wash it in the local car wash (which I was told is not required afterwards), slipped and the scooter fell on the ground. There was only cosmetic damage on the fairings and the mirror. I felt horrible that I've damaged brand new scooter but accidents sometimes happens. I decided to tell the truth right away which was appreciated and we were charged additional 75EUR from our 100EUR deposit so we received 25EUR back which seems fair to me. Overall - I highly recommend this place and would definitely chose them again. If you are thinking about renting a scooter in Mallorca - do it - it's the best, cheap and the most fun experience you can have.
