My story begins when I decide to rent a Peugeot 308 type vehicle, when I arrive at the airport the salesperson offers me to improve the vehicle, an improvement that costs me 60 euros and which I accept, thinking that I was going to have a better vehicle and that was not the case, it was pathetic and further. The specifically rented vehicle was a C5 HDi Aircross, specifically I am going to put the license plate in case someone has the problem again and complains in a timely manner, the license plate is 9002MNN (I know this make and model perfectly since I work for said group). When I picked up the vehicle, the sales representative did not accompany me to show the vehicle, and my surprise was that it was dirty on the outside and what seemed abnormal to me was that the adblue level indicated 2400 km, that is, they delivered the vehicle without checking the adblue. It was 10 at night, heading to Ferrol to grab a suitcase and family and start our trip to Madrid, we hit the road with a 5-month-old baby and the big thing is at 5 in the morning entering Madrid, exactly 110 km away. message that the vehicle does not have AdBlue, that is, there was not even enough for 600 km. Consequently, faced with such a situation and knowing that the vehicle would not start if I turned it off, I decide to leave it outside a gas station near the hotel, and consequently having to take a taxi to go there, and having to move around all day without a vehicle, that is , more unnecessary expenses. That evening I filled up the gas station and AdBlue, and I was a little surprised at how much I spent. On the way back I decide to go through Segovia, that is, it is not a long road or anything like that, that is, at most 40 km the distance increases. Well, back to the surprise is that after having filled the tank with 10 liters of adblue (each liter is enough for 350-400 km) which should be enough for that and more, arriving at Piedrafita (approximately 150 km destination) and it being 2 oclock in the morning. Early in the morning, the vehicle indicates that it only has AdBlue for 400 km. After 40 km, the vehicle says that it only has AdBlue for 200 km, and a minute later it states that it only has AdBlue for 100 km and suddenly it has nothing at all. I already saw myself in a problem, early morning, gas stations closed, if I turned off the car it wouldnt start, but you can drive with degraded power, that is to say slow and consuming more, but the story was to get there for the baby. The next day the vehicle did not start, I had to go and return by taxi to buy a 10-liter bottle of AdBlue. That day, the vehicle is delivered and the sales representative is informed, who states that she will report the problem. My surprise is that you cannot see the condition of the vehicle, and the funny thing is that they put dents that it already had and thank God they will take a video of the outside of the vehicle. Another thing that already seemed like a scam to me, and I tell everyone to keep a fuel bill due to surprises from this company since before delivering the vehicle I filled the fuel tank, in total more than 65 euros for driving less than 670 km, a consumption inexplicable. Well, the story is that the gas station is 800 meters from the airport, and days later they charge me an amount for not having filled the tank for a value of 30 euros. I contact customer service, it has happened 4 times, they only returned the amount of fuel, but they act crazy about the rest. Therefore, be careful with them, they charge for fuel despite filling it, the car they already had appears to be damaged, and the worst thing is that they do not fill levels, and they try to scam people
