Great customer service, very helpful. They can assist you if you speak English. On the last day of our trip, after dropping off our motorcycle we were unable to get a cab and the owner of Auto Rent was really kind and offered to drive us in his personal car; back to our hotel. If you are visiting roses and need reliable transportation, you should absolutely give them your business. You will not regret it.

We rented a scooter for one afternoon, the scooter has a tiny on a side but we forgot to register the scratch before leaving. When we came back they noticed the scratch, they wanted to make us pay. We told them the scratch was already there and they didn't make us pay!! Excellent service and serious staff!
