So we are actually not their customer, but we are the victims. A few days ago while our vehicle was appropriately parking in a parking lot and we were at the restaurant, enjoying our dinner, one of their rental car hit on our rear. It shouldnt be a bug deal, until I called this rental company, and they refuse to provide their insurance information to us. Now they dont answer the phone calls, neither provide any updates about this claim. Before we both side decided to go through the insurance, they tried to convince us to fix our vehicle at their place, however we found out they don t have the certificate to fix our vehicle, which is really a concern to us, so they agreed to have us get a quote from where is certificated to do the fixing, but soon after I send the quote to this rental company, they called me with a incredible rude attitude saying I m the one asked for too much money, which is ridiculous because I spent a whole afternoon waiting my damaged vehicle to be inspected, just because they want me to do them a favor so their insurance payment will not go high. Now I m the bad guy. Spending my time and being treated as worthless. After they refused paying for the quote, we both agreed to go through insurance in this situation. However since then, I haven t heard a word from them. Not only they don t provide any proof of submitting the claim, but also they don t provide me any information of their insurance. Now I m pretty sure either they didn t submit anything regarding the damage and the accident, or they don t have an insurance at all but collect the money from their customers, pretending to have an insurance. Either way this is not a responsible and reliable rental company for your choice. Please seriously consider it before renting anything from them. BTW they won t write a word about their insurance company on their document, they will only have you signed it and it looks like you have an insurance. I will be back here and write some update.

I had a very pleasant experience renting from this place. Not only we were greeted very politely, offered water, etc. but everything was solved quickly and efficiently. We were visiting US from abroad and our European cards were not all working properly, so we were not able to rent from the airport because of that. Mr. Zhang was patient enough to explore all options and he found a way to rent us a car and even gave us a discount. He gave us a tutorial on US traffic rules we were not familiar with and other useful advice for the roads. Overall we spend less money than we would have by renting form the airport and we solved our car problem, so if we go back, we would definitely rent from the same place.

I had a very good experience with them! Had a last minute rental on Saturday while all other companies were closed or booked up, and they were friendly enough to help us through the whole process really quick. And it was lateeee night Sunday when I returned the car (usually they are closed on Sun.), they were willing to take it outside of their usual business hours and even gave us a ride to the airport. To be honest, everything is beyond expectations.
