Perfect, friendly staff, helped me to put child srat into car, got navigation for free and also price was very nice. Car is like new, no smell. We were able to discuss everything detailed, without any changes like it started at Almericar with another client. He should get petrol but after signing docs owner came that he will get diesel... very strange behavior that never can happen in bigger car rentals.

Bad service. They gave us a car as dirty as a stable and had a terrible stench. They did not give us the option to take another car or any compensation. The guy who served us lost his temper, unprofessional. The funniest thing is that when we returned the vehicle they wanted to charge us an additional cleaning fee. 0% recommended.
