Had a good experience with Direct. Good communication and drop off and pick up. Had a few snags with tyres but it was rectified very quickly with Ian arriving in minutes with a replacement. Friendly and efficient. The cars are older with no frills but all in good nick.

We are a family of 3 adults and two small children, came in the on a saturday and needed a car with two Seats for children the same day. The car ready in no time, they were very proffesional, the car hire was half the price of others, free child seats and they even drove us home when we delivered the car 1 week later.
