Very responsive. Easy to work with. They were able to meet at a convenient location. Price was reasonable. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to rent a vehicle and I would use their service again.

We hired car for the beginning and the end of our stay in St Lucia. Both times car was delivered late. Everything was paid in advance. The deposit was paid by card. When we gave the car back we assumed to get the deposit back on my card. We asked the owner of the car hire about the deposit and he said that I will get cash back next day. 3 days later, we were due to leave island and still no deposit back. On the day of our leave the owner didn't reply to our messages. It was very stressful for us and we were advised to go to police. Police resolve the problem. However it turned up that the company made fake permit to drive and obviously charged us for that. Definitely I do not recommend that company.

Rented a Swift, which was in excellent state and powerful enough for the hilly roads. There are some bad roads in St Lucia, avoided those to not risk damaging the car. The service of Sunrise Car Rentals was friendly, flexible, honest and great, the car was delivered and collected at the hotel. The price was very reasonable. Everything went very quick and smooth.
