Sixt rent a car in Rodney Bay

Shocking customer service. Car turned up okay, but can't pay online, so take your card details down to do it back in the office. Which apparently didnt work, so had to drive to the office to pay over the counter. No mention of drivers permit, which you have to pay for. No one turned up to collect the car and left the key with reception as instructed. Noticed it was still there the next day, and had an extra unauthorised payment taken from our account. Contacted the office who said it was for the extra day we had the car, which we never requested. Taken 3 days so far to sort any refund and no hint of an apology for their mistake!

I have rented many cars over the years and have to say that this has been by far the best and most personable experience yet. Upon arriving in St. Lucia, my wife and I decided to rent a car. After calling a few rental agencies for availability, I called SIXT in Rodney Bay, and was fortunate to be greeted by Lorrie Giddings. She was absolutely amazing. She was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. She confirmed my reservation and picked us up at the hotel and arranged our ride back after returning the car. It was smooth and felt more relational than transactional. I can't wait to be back on the island for my next rental. Thank you Lorrie Giddings and SIXT.

The Vieux Fort team were great, quick pick up and were able to accommodate a request for an extra day at the same cheap rate. Even upgraded us at no cost when they realised we had a baby and the car rented wasn't suitable. Great, clean, reliable car that we then requested to change drop off to Rodney Bay. No problem, Kelly Anne said! Then I left my glasses in the car which was now on the other side of the island which Lorrie was able to retrieve for me. Overall, hands down the best car rental experience I've had.

I was not able to access the feedback email. I wanted to take the time out to recognize Val at SixT in Saint Lucia. She was really professional and delightful from the start to the finish. She took the time to explain the different types of insurance benefits. Although I was already covered through my personal insurance, she was not pushy as other companies i dealt with in the past. She also assisted me with connecting the bluetooth as I express to her that it was important to me. She was very patient as I had alot of questions about the vehicle. Val is a true respresent of what good customer service should look like. I will definitely be renting from SixT again in the future.

Sixt Car Rental St Lucia, Terrible Service, Booked a 4 wheel drive SUV 7 seats for 6 people, turned up one and a half hours late with a 5 seat BMW X1 for 6 people. One day later they turned up with Suzuki ARV 2 wheel drive which could barely make it up the hills in st Lucia. staff were apologetic at the Royalton St Lucia. They do put a hold for $1000 dollars on your credit card and a drivers permit is $20 each plus taxes. So annoyed we wasted 1 day of our holiday!! USE A RELIABLE BRAND NOT THESE JOKERS
