Joe was AMAZING!! We had such a good time and he made the entire experience so customized for us. He even had snacks and drinks, was our photographer for the day (taking THE most professional looking shots the whole time), stopped at scenic viewpoints along the way, took us to the waterfall, mud bath, rum tasting, and had a few other options for us to enjoy in case we wanted to as well! Cannot recommend this experience enough but FOR SURE Joe is the guy you need. He went above and beyond!!

Decided on a very late booking the night before that we needed to leave our sun loungers and see more of st Lucia and came across fram through Viator. We wish we'd been able to avoid the middle man so do yourself a favour and book direct. Roland was great company from 8.30am pick up in Castries to dropping us back at the hotel at 1.30. He was very accommodating with our requests and a fantastic driver along the windy, hilly roads. The beer and little gifts were also most welcome and appreciated!

We started with airport shuttle to our resort with Roland. He started our trip off great with his knowledge of area. It was truly like having a private tour guide. He even stopped at a roadside food place with hot homemade bread & salt fish which is the island food. It was delicious! Later in week we wanted to go into the city to the market & see the cathedral & do the rum factory. Without a doubt we called Fram again. This time we got Joe who was great also! He knew the area told us all about the local way. Dropped us off at the cathedral where we kinda crashed a St Lucian funeral before it started. Joe drove around block picked us back up at any stops we wanted to make! Was looking for a swim suit for my husband to wear next day to mud bath & sweet Joe took us to 2 different stores trying to find what we wanted. Right past our resort was a golf course with beautiful homes. I asked Joe could we ride just a little ways up so I could see houses & that was no problem at all! It was time to leave Saturday & we had already booked transfer back to airport with Fram & was so excited to see we had our new friend Joe again! Fram made our experience with them seem like we were just riding along with friends. I wished I could have brought Joe back home with us! He is a true treasure! Both he & Roland were so knowledgeable about any wild questions we had about the island, life on island, food or the beautiful flowers blooming! Book with Fram! I promise you will not be disappointed! Tell Joe & Roland I miss them!

Went on cruise ship Jewel of the seas and booked this private tour. Excellent service and the driver Mr Roland was very knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use their services if we visit St Lucia again.

We decided on a very last minute tour the morning we docked in St. Lucia. They responded to us immediately and worked with our preferences, where we did and didn't want to go, and sent a driver to us immediately, and kept us closely updated to where the driver was. Joe picked us up and took us where we wanted to go, had drinks ready, and gave us a wonderful tour from the cruise port to Soufriere in short time. We told him the major points we wanted to see and he made it work, and kept an eye on the time for us, and guaranteed our return to the cruise ship with time to spare. He took wonderful pics of me and my husband together, especially where it would be impossible to take photos together (at the waterfall). Joe provided great commentary of the island and we learned a lot - and he was extremely reliable. The car itself was new, clean, comfortable. And with the great tour and flexibility, they came out with really great prices to boot. Had a great time!

I want to start by saying Fidel was EXCELLENT! He provided a round-trip transportation from UVF airport to my hotel. Before even arriving to St.Lucia he was super prompt and responsive. The level of professionalism was 5 stars!! Although the ride from the airport was over an hour it didn't even feel that long because we chatted all the way to the hotel. He was extremely polite and asked throughout the ride if he was driving at an ok speed. I mentioned my birthday was that week and he even remembered to wish me happy birthday on my actual birthday. Also, on my last few days I got stuck in St.Lucia an extra night because of the hurricane, my flight got canceled and changed about 10 times. Fidel was so patient and even messaged me to make sure I got on the plane and arrived back home safely. He also gave me a bottle of hot pepper and key chains as a souvenirs for my visit in St.Lucia which I thought was super thoughtful. On the ride back to the hotel he even made a few stops to take some scenic photos. Those are just a few examples how FRAM goes above and beyond. I spent 8 wonderful days in Saint Lucia. I didn't have much time to make many arrangements so I googled a few taxi and tour services and FRAM popped up. Let me just say, I'm extremely happy I chose FRAM. The bike tour was spectacular. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. FRAM also picked me up from the airport on time. The car was very spacious and neat. Such great service!!!
