Yo no se que drama hay con esta sucursal de esta empresa, hace poco alquile un furgon y la atencion no pudo ser mejor, super atentos simpaticos y respondiendo a todo lo que les pregunte. Luego a los dos dias me llamaron para ver wue tal todo y decirme que el vehiculo esta okey. Yo recomiendo mucho esta sucursal y que la gente que pone malas resenas se lo haga mirar.
I don't know what drama there is with this branch of this company, I recently rented a van and the service couldn't have been better, super attentive, friendly and answering everything I asked. Then two days later they called me to see how everything was and to tell me that the vehicle is okay. I highly recommend this branch and ask people who give bad reviews to take a look at it.
Never deal with this company. I previously booked a car rental at the airport, but they redirected me to another office. I spent money on a taxi only to find out that the other office didn't have the car I needed. They didn't offer me any alternatives. They simply ignored me as a customer. I had to cancel my reservation. The refund will only be processed in 7-10 days! I wasted my nerves, time, and money. Stay away from these unprofessionals. This is the worst service I've ever encountered.
Una experiencia de alquiler de coche para olvidar y no volver a alquilar con esta empresa de usureros y sacacuartos. Alquile un coche con Enterprise y fue un desastre desde el principio. El coche asignado (Kia Stonic Rojo) estaba en pesimas condiciones: el interior estaba sucio, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y habia varios rasgunos que aun estando reflejados en el contrato, cuando devolvi el vehiculo quisieron descontarlo de la fianza de 200 EUR que me hicieron pagar al cogerlo. El personal de la oficina fue muy desagradable conmigo y no mostro interes en resolver mis quejas. En resumen, mi experiencia con Enterprise fue muy negativa. No recomiendo esta empresa a nadie que busque un servicio de alquiler de coches confiable y de calidad.
A car rental experience to forget and never rent again with this company of loan sharks and money grabbers. I rented a car with Enterprise and it was a disaster from the beginning. The assigned car (Kia Stonic Red) was in terrible condition: the interior was dirty, the air conditioning did not work properly and there were several scratches that, even though they were reflected in the contract, when I returned the vehicle they wanted to deduct it from the EUR200 deposit that they gave me. They made them pay when they took it. The office staff was very rude to me and showed no interest in resolving my complaints. In summary, my experience with Enterprise was very negative. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and quality car rental service.
VERGONZOSO. Hago la reserva el dia 20/06/2024 para el dia 05/07/2024 para una mudanza pequena de vivienda. Cuando voy a las 17,00 horas me dice que no me pueden entregar la furgoneta porque se le ha encendido un testigo. No hay mas solucion. No hay una furgoneta en reserva en todos los Enterprise de Madrid. No aportan otra solucion, no llaman antes para que no te desplaces. Una verguenza. No volvere a utilizar esta empresa jamas. Con gente esperando para descargar en destino y les da igual. Mi consejo no utilizar esta empresa para nada. TE dejan tirado aunque la reserva este de hace mucho tiempo, no es fiable. Probar con otras.
SHAMEFUL. I make the reservation on 06/20/2024 for 07/05/2024 for a small home move. When I go at 5:00 p.m. he tells me that they can't deliver the van to me because a light has come on. There is no more solution. There is not a van on reserve in all Enterprises in Madrid. They don't provide another solution, they don't call before so you don't have to travel. A shame. I will never use this company again. With people waiting to unload at their destination and they don't care. My advice is not to use this company at all. They leave you stranded even if the reservation is from a long time ago, it is not reliable. Try others.
Ignore the bad reviews! I rented a van for 2 days and everything was great and smooth. The location is a tad hidden and the entrance a tad tight but the customer service was outstanding. I rented a MB van for 7 people and it was brand new. I am from USA and trust me this place is well worth the visit. Enterprise is one of those rare companies that serves their customers properly.

They changed the price AFTER making the reservation. Car was wrong also. Then they were rude and not helpful. Very bad place.
Bad bad bad. First they give you the wrong class of car that doesn't match your reservation. Then if you ever need help they NEVER answer the phone. We called all hours of when they were supposed to be open and it took days to get a response. When we went to return the car it took about an hour for them just to open the gate and let us return it. Then they desperately tried to charge us extra for being a little under the mark of gasoline. Total criminals. Enterprise Spain is not like Enterprise USA. Avoid at all costs.
