Last week we have rented a car by Standriba. It was a Fiat Panda hybrid. The car was clean, good and very economical. The service from Standriba was good. We get the car very quickly at the airport and could also deliver the car at the departuregate at the airport.

Over the course of two weeks, we covered more than 1,700 kilometers, and we found the 100 hp 1.0 T-GDI engine of the i20 to be well-suited for Madeira's hilly terrain. While it could have been more powerful, the turbocharged engine did a commendable job, and we had no major issues. It's worth noting that the car's three-cylinder engine doesn't provide much engine braking when going downhill, almost like being in neutral. However, the brakes compensated for this, ensuring our safety. Additionally, the car emitted a pleasant exhaust sound, given its 100hp, three-cylinder nature. Inside the i20, we found the seats to be comfortable, and the light steering and clutch made driving a breeze. As a couple, the i20 provided more than enough space for us and our belongings. The collapsible rear seats were an added bonus, allowing us to accommodate all our suitcases upon arrival and departure. Overall, if we have the opportunity to visit Madeira again, there is no doubt that Standriba car rental would be our first and only choice. The entire experience was seamless, leaving us with nothing but positive memories and a strong recommendation for others seeking a reliable and affordable car rental service.

We rented a car for three days in Madeira and had the BEST experience with StandRiba. We got our rental car within minutes of walking out of the airport. We also had a slip up and locked the car keys in the car and they were extremely helpful and responsive and helped us get back into the car super quickly so that our vacation wasn't disrupted. And to top it all off, the rental prices were great! I would highly recommend using them to rent a car in Madeira over the bigger companies!

Absolutely the best car rental experience I've ever had! We rented 3 cars from Standriba and all of them were extremely clean and well maintained, and the owner took into account our wishes and brought the cars to the airport exactly at the agreed time. The staff is very friendly, they respond to messages very quickly and provide exceptional quality customer support. Unfortunately, we also had an accident during the rental, and the owner immediately provided us with assistance and delivered a new car and took care of everything else.
