Me ha encantado el servicio de Traverauto, he comprado mi coche alli hace algo mas de 1 ano y todo ha ido de maravilla. Tuve un pequeno inconveniente con los sensores de los cinturones de seguridad, lo lleve a garantia y lo arreglaron en cosa de un dia. Son increiblemente serios y volveria a comprar alla sin pensarlo dos veces. Esta semana he ido a venderles el mismo coche que les habia comprado en ese entonces y el proceso fue increiblemente rapido, sin problemas y el pago inmediato. Como comprador y tambien como vendedor recomiendo Traverauto a ojo cerrado. Muchas gracias a Xavier y a Tomas cuyo servicio fue impecable.

I loved the Traverauto service, I bought my car there a little over 1 year ago and everything has gone wonderfully. I had a small problem with the seat belt sensors, I took it to warranty and they fixed it in about a day. They are incredibly serious and I would buy there again without thinking twice. This week I went to sell them the same car that I had bought from them back then and the process was incredibly fast, without problems and the payment was immediate. I bought a car from them a few years ago (Opel astra k) and the problem is that as soon as I bought it the timing chain started making noises when starting the car. I called them to have them look at it, but they told me that that was normal and it will disappear . Well now 100,000km later (thats nothing for a chain) it turns out that the noise comes because there is a factory defect in the chain tensioner and when the chain is not tight it hits the sprockets and ends up breaking them and obviously The chain breaks and the engine pulls... OPEL HAS A CAMPAIGN ABOUT THIS DEFECT but of course the useless people at Traverauto didnt tell me and now my car is broken! And dont give me the excuse that you didnt know because when I bought their car they were still the OFFICIAL HOUSE OF OPEL!!!!! Be very careful with them!

Bueno ahora 100.000km mas tarde (eso es nada para una cadena) resulta que el ruido viene porque hay defecto de fabrica en el tensor de la cadena y cuando la cadena no esta tensa choca contra las guillas de ella y alfinal los acaba partiendo y obviamente se parte la cadena y el motor se tira .OPEL TIENE CAMPANA DE ESTE DEFECTO pero claro los inutiles de Traverauto no me lo dijeron y ahora mi coche esta roto! Y que no me salgan con la excusa de que no lo sabian porque cuando compre el coche de ellos aun eran CASA OFICIAL DE OPEL!!!!! Mucho cuidado con ellos!

My experience with them has been great. It came from very bad management on the part of Flexicar and with them it has been the opposite. Before buying the vehicle they gave me a lot of transparency such as a DGT report, videos, video calls, etc., since I was from Extremadura and I couldnt get close to see the car. Another thing I liked was that they deduct the deposit from the price of the car, almost most dont do it. They brought my car to Madrid for almost 200 (includes drivers salary, train ticket and vehicle fuel on the way), which is quite good. In fact, I had a misfortune when I went to Madrid to get the car and they had the courtesy of giving me the extra two hours that the driver was there... I had to pay the second ticket, something that I see as totally normal. The truth is that we are grateful to them. The vehicle was great, I hope it turns out well over time. Vicente, friend, thank you for everything.
