Alquile la furgoneta 9 plazas por relacion/precio calidad, contaba con un amplio maletero, el consumo fue correcto y no mucho,el trato con el establecimiento excelente tambien y la devolucion de la fianza sin problema, por lo tanto por mi parte lo recomiendo y sin duda cuando vuelva a necesitar su servicio volvere a ponerme en contacto con ellos

Tengan cuidado! Al llegar la caravana no estuvo preparada, tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo. La caravana es poco practica para 4 adultos, 2 ninos. Manuel te aconseja que no uses la mitad de las cosas, no uses el bano porque lo tienes que devolver limpio mejor usa el del camping no uses el agua del fregadero porque tienes que llenar el deposito y tiene mal acceso usa el del camping, no uses el mover ( sistema que mueve la caravana con un mando ) el nos dice: "vais dos adultos fuertes os vas costar menos moverlo a mano". La nevera era trivalente y hasta que no llegamos al camping y conectamos a la luz no empezo a enfriar 2 a 3 horas en refrigerar cuando podriamos haberla llevado encendida y al llegar hubiera estado fria para meter la comida, todo porque nos dijo que iba luz. El hace un recorrido para que veas como funciona todo, pero no te dice que lo hagas tu para que veas que todo esta correcto y funciona bien y aprendas como se usa, eso fue un fallo. Saco el cassette del bano y le costo meterlo otra vez, luego la misma puerta del cassette no podia cerrarla no se si tenia truco o estaba tocada. La puerta del baul donde se guarda la botella butano, la manivela del toldo, sillas, etc ... la puerta donde esta la bisagra central estaba rota al bajarla nos dimos cuenta , pero esto fue al llegar al camping eso pasa como dije, por no dejarte manipularlo a ti in situ, y nos hubiesemos dado cuenta pues se termino de romper por nosotros, segun dice el que es plastico blando y que hay que tener cuidado y le dije que el fabricante no creo que haga algo de mala calidad si la tiene en garantia y se rompe mirandolo, nos dice que tenemos 24 horas si nos damos cuenta de algo para pasarle una foto,pero al final es tu palabra contra la suya y tu firmas un contrato por el cual dices que todo esta ok ( por eso insisto en que probeis vosotros mismos las cosas para que veais que no hay nada tocado ) dice que el plastico vale 600EUR pero que lo va a reconstruir en un taller por 250EUR que si no me fio, vaya al taller con el y me lo confirme el del taller ( el del taller que me va a decir a mi, que no lo conozco y no le voy a llevar nada para arreglar y el le lleva las caravanas) Tuvimos un percance que fue que se descolgo la rueda delantera pequena, en marcha a la vuelta hacia la base de Manuel y se rompio eso fue una causa que reconozco como culpa nuestra. Al principio muy amable y muy majo pero el coche y la caravana tenian algunos desperfectos, al coche teniamos que ir echandole aceite una rueda perdia aire, el coche muchas veces casi ni arrancaba cuanto mas lento ibas menos se escuchaba la musica y por si fuera poco al llegar a nuestro destino e ir al bano el grifo perdia agua y todo lleno de agua. Luego como es logico no te dedicas a revisar que cualquier cosa esta bien o mal no somos peritos vamos a pasar nuestras vacaciones y al llegar nos echa en cara que una pestanita de una mosquitera se rompio, y claro nosotros no habiamos revisado eso como ya e dicho anteriormente y nos retiene la fianza de 600 por una pestana dando largas y largas y largas un mes y una semana para devolvernos la fianza. Al llegar tambien nos reclamo una almohada como si nos la hubieramos llevado luego resulta que la tenian y no se dieron cuenta que en 1 metro cuadrado de caravana habia o no una almohada . Yo entiendo que si hay algo roto y no puedes demostrar que no has sido tu te lo comes pero despues de decirte todas las cosas malas y rotas que me has dado tuu que han interferido en mi viaje y mi experiencia ya que como os podeis imaginar echar aire a la rueda y rellenar el aceite es tiempo de tus vacaciones, a mi no se me ocurriria echar nada en cara

A sido una experiencia fantastica. Para empezar nuestra aventura empezo cuando Manuel (siempre predispuesto ayudarnos y a resolver nuestras dudas aun siendo festivo y con familia) nos vino a recoger al aeropuerto. A la hora de la fianza no nos puso ninguna pega, todo lo contrario. Sin duda una experiencia inolvidable. Gracias Manuel por todo, un fuerte abrazo.

Hemos alquilado con ellos una autocaravana. El chico muy amable nos fue a buscar al aeropuerto, nos explico cada detalle sobre el funcionamiento de la misma. Dejamos 600EUR de fianza que se nos devolveran en 4 o 5 dias que es lo que tardan ellos en comprobar que todo este bien. Habiamos cogido una normal y nos dijo que si no nos importaba cambiar por una capuchina, nosotros sin experiencia dijimos que si, sin embargo si viajas con un bebe no la recomiendo,ya lo sabemos para la proxima vez. Hay que entregarla limpia, deposito de gasoil lleno, con deposito de aguas negras limpio, el de grises tambien, el deposito de agua lleno, y limpia tanto por dentro como por fuera, de lo contrario avisan que nos cobrarian la limpieza, esta clausula desconozco si es lo normal, pero la verdad que te quita un dia de las vacaciones, tambien desconozco cuanto nos cobraria por haberlo hecho ellos. La experiencia en general ha sido buena. Falta que se devuelva la fianza y entonces podre darle la maxima puntuacion. Pues lo dicho, actualizo la resena y me explico mejor. La fianza se nos ha devuelto en unos 5 dias, como habiamos hablado. Y me gustaria aclarar que cuando digo que no recomiendo la capuchina si vas con un bebe, me refiero a la capuchina con la cama arriba y literas, tienen una que tiene una cama grande abajo y ahi hubieramos estado mejor para acostar al nino con nosotros, ya que subir una escalera con un bebe dormido en brazos es Inviable, a eso me referia. Pero ya lo sabemos para la proxima. En fin, les pongo 5 estrellas porque no hay mas, Manuel estuvo siempre atento a nosotros y nos facilito todo hasta el ultimo momento.
