Es sencillo alquilar pero deben dar la opcion de alquilarlo a todo riesgo en la app no te deja seleccionar , si teneis cualquier problema te cobran 350EUR + IVA y al final lo ahorrado es perdida , no volveria alquilar sin seguro a todo riesgo .

It is easy to rent but they must give the option to rent it at full risk. The app does not let you select, if you have any problem they charge you EUR350 + VAT and in the end what you save is a loss, I would not rent again without full risk insurance.

Elsa and Isidro have an exquisite treatment. There are people who have a vocation for dealing with the public and they are clear examples. We had a small communication problem and as soon as I contacted them they solved the problem in less than 30 minutes. (It must be clarified that it was a Saturday afternoon). His response gave me great peace of mind because I was nervous. When I went to deliver the van everything was easy with my schedule. A pleasure to deal with people like that.

I recommend Covey as the perfect place to rent a van. I contacted them to request prices to rent in Madrid and go to Cantabria and I must say that Elsa Martinezs attention was simply exceptional. She provided me with all the information necessary to decide calmly, with kindness and professionalism. Additionally, their service was very fast and efficient, which saved me a lot of time in the selection process. The quality of the vans that Covey offers is good, some could be improved in some cases and others are better, but I am sure that it is a good option for those looking for a van anywhere in Spain. I have nothing but praise for Covey Cantabria and especially Elsa who went above and beyond to make sure my rental experience was as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended!
