This is the first time I have used this company having used a number of different companies in the past. I need to say that this is by far one of the best experiences I have had when hiring a car. The company contacted me on my arrival at the airport and gave me directions where to go. I was met by two members of staff who were very nice. We quickly completed the paperwork in the carpark where the vehicle was parked and walked round it together and carried out an inspection. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. Being just what I had ordered. Instructions were then Given to me for the return of the car which was a simple procedure. Will definitely use this company again.

Hired a car for 6 days through rentcars.com. I met Mr Joseph and his colleague at the Reus airport car parking 2 (it's just 2-3 min walk across the terminal). Mr Joseph was a very nice person. Got the brand new Toyota Yaris, lovely car and lovely staff. Highly recommended. They wait for you at the parking lot, no fuss and quick checkout, everything's explained well. Do not hesitate to rent from this company.

Hired a car from Tuesday to Saturday May-June 2023 and these guys were brilliant! A spot on quick service without any pushy sales of extra insurances. After I had booked the car, they kept me updated via WhatsApp messenger, and sent a video of where to collect the car from at the Airport. They took a copy of my licence and passport via their link a few days before picking up the vehicle, which made it super fast to collect my car on the day. We opted for a Yaris Hybrid, and they upgraded us for free to a Yaris Hybrid Cross. Which was bigger and was a lovely car, i thougherly enjoyed driving it, and my Mrs and kids loved being driven init. The man that dealt with us (sorry didn't get his name) was very friendly and professional. He showed us around the car and quickly told us about the do's and don'ts and sent us on our way. Returning the car was also super easy and the lady (again sorry didn't get her name) was excellent. Again she was super friendly and did her checks and let us go on to get our flight. Both spoke English which was a bonus and communicated well with us. Really nice people! Our deposit was released the following working day (handed car back on Saturday evening and deposit was returned first thing Monday morning). Which was super quick and without any quibble. Would definitely and highly recommend these guys, and will defiantly hire a car from them again. Thanks guys for an easy pleasant rental, see you again in the future god willing

Truly one of the best car rentals we have ever had and by far better than the big global brands! Very clear and competitive pricing, great instructions on how to find them even with a walk through video via WhatsApp, very responsive communication and very accommodating to flight arrival and departure, great car handover and no pushing to buy any unnecessary extras. Brand new clean car with a full tank, no nonsense - a pleasure to deal with! I hope you grow the business so we can rent with you in the future anywhere in Spain and beyond!
