Estafadores Recojo un Toyota Corolla como coche de sustitucion para 4 dias. Recorro 156 km. Me envian una factura de 56EUR en concepto de repostaje. En NINGUN momento se me comento que se me cobraria el SERVICIO de repostaje, tan solo la gasolina gastada que veo perfectamente logico. Aun asi, estamos hablando sobre un coche con un gasto de 4.2L/100km dado que es HIBRIDO! Como digo recorro 156km y me cobran 15L de gasolina a 1'7EUR/litro. 15 litros por 156km para un hibrido se llama ROBO. Adjunto la factura de chiste que me han hecho llegar y para futuros usuarios recomiendo que reposteis vosotros o directamente que no hagais uso de esta empresa. Me ahorrare los detalles de las condiciones pesimas de higiene que traia el vehiculo y el olor impregnante a tabaco en cada cm de la tapiceria Una autentica estafa y un servicio pesimo
Scammers I pick up a Toyota Corolla as a replacement car for 4 days. I travel 156 km. They send me an invoice for EUR56 for refueling. At NO point was I told that I would be charged for the refueling SERVICE, only the spent gasoline, which I see as perfectly logical. Even so, we are talking about a car with a consumption of 4.2L/100km given that it is HYBRID! As I say, I travel 156km and they charge me for 15L of gasoline at EUR1.7/liter. 15 liters per 156km for a hybrid is called ROBO. I attach the joke invoice that they sent me and for future users I recommend that you refuel yourself or directly that you do not use this company. I will spare you the details of the terrible hygiene conditions that the vehicle had and the permeating smell of tobacco in every inch of the upholstery. A real scam and terrible service

Ya van varias veces que nos decidimos por Europcar sucursal Reus. Son muy amables, eficientes, atentos y dispuestos. Los autos jamas nos trajeron ningun inconveniente y confiamos mucho en el asesoramiento que nos brindan. Nos sentimos valorados como clientes y todos los tramites de retiro y devolucion del vehiculo son rapidos y faciles.
It has been several times since we decided on Europcar Reus branch. They are very friendly, efficient, attentive and willing. The cars never brought us any problems and we trust a lot in the advice they give us. We feel valued as customers and all the procedures for picking up and returning the vehicle are quick and easy.
UN GRUPO DE ESTAFADOR. Alquilo un coche por fin de semana de 5 dias. Pidio un Peugeot y me da un coche inferior. Queria un otro y devo pagar mas ...... Cuando lo llevo me dice que devo pagar 100EUR de mas porque estaba a la frontera de Francia y que he dicho que estaba en Barcelona y diesel (la he dado con el mismo nivel). La mujer nunca me pidio donde me voy solamente cuanto persona, desde este dia espero que me llama...... He pagado casi 500EUR un alquiler, es el doble que el contrato...... Quiero mi dinero.
A GROUP OF SCAMMERS. I rent a car for a 5-day weekend. He asked for a Peugeot and he gives me an inferior car. I wanted another one and I have to pay more...... When I take it it tells me that I have to pay EUR100 more because it was on the border of France and that I said it was in Barcelona and diesel (I gave it the same level ). The woman never asked me where I am going, only how many people, from this day on I hope she calls me...... I have paid almost EUR500 for rent, it is double the contract...... I want my money.

Arbeiten leider nicht sehr zuverlassig. Wagen hatte Schaden, die nicht im Protokoll verzeichnet waren. Wagen war nicht getankt, sondern etwas mehr als halbvoll. Erst einmal wird versucht, ob sie damit durchkommen, erst auf Beschwerde passiert dann etwas. Wagen innen sehr dreckig. Sogar noch alte Kleidung im Kofferraum gefunden, verschuttete Drinks, Staub und Dreck einfach eklig.

First they try to see if they can get away with it, only when they complain does something happen. Car very dirty inside. Even old clothes were found in the trunk, spilled drinks, dust and dirt were just disgusting.
The worst experience that I had with a rent a car company in Spain. Be very careful with them. We had a different location for the car, them we ve booked. When we ve bring back the car, we didnt have any place to park it and nobody answer on the phone we ve got from them. They took us 145 Euro after 10 days and we was even not contact to tell us why.
Very helpful staff. We had to change our car and they kindly search for an available model at a nearby branch for us.
