Be careful!!!!! We waited more than one hour at the Airport and the stuttle didnt come. After calling them a several time they didnt answer the oh ne anymore....and we already payed for the shuttle.....!!!!!!!!!

After a tricky start where no one was answering the phone to arrange the shuttle and the girl at the office didn't care about our problems however when we returned the vehicle Joe managed the situation really really well, he asked how the service was and we explained that it was not good. He is a credit to your company and has restored our belief in Enterprise

Rented a Jeep Renegade from them in June. My credit card company blocked my card for suspected fraud, so I couldn't get the car I wanted and was worried I couldn't get one at all. These guys managed to arrange a different but perfectly fine car instead and take a deposit on debit card. Very friendly and helpful staff and couldn't praise them enough tbh. We'd previously tried to hire a car from Enterprise in Tarragona, who, once we got there, told us they couldn't provide the car seats we'd booked in advance. They pretended to call the Reus branch and said they didn't have any either and were extremely rude in general. However, the Reus branch were extremely professional and sorted everything out for us. Would happily use them again.

Awful. We booked an Audi A3 "or similar" and they pulled out a ford? In what world are they the "same class." They tried to tell us that the damage you can see in the picture is "not a scratch" Stupid excuses. Lady on the phone was not helpful at all, really rude and provided false information. They wasted half of our day. Do not book with these robbers.

Absolutely awful service.nooked a car from reus Airport, no transfer and unable to get through to office, taxi and 30 euro later at the office told they had no car for us despite booking. No alternative and just told to try else where! No accountability and left stranded

anwe booked a car, we wanted go call that we would arrive just a bit later but they didnt pick up the phone and didnt call back, result: 3 days no car. Also the day we picked up the car picking up the phone seems not to be possible (we only tried like 8 times!!) luckily Jose was incredibly friendly, he really tried to help us. Thanks Jose!!

Stay away!!! I recently rented a van with them and when I got home I realised I forgot my wallet in the van. I phoned the office and they confirmed they had found the wallet and that I could collect it the next day. When I went back to collect it they handed me back the cards that were inside but not the wallet itself. When I asked for the wallet they claimed to know nothing about it. I have been trying to follow up with them on the whereabouts of my wallet through email. It is now nearly 3 weeks later and I have just received an email from them to say that I damaged the van and now owe them EUR583, even though my deposit was given back to me the day after it was returned! There was absolutely no damage! I plan to fight it. Do not use them!

Disastrous management. They cancel the car 1 hour before and after three months I am still waiting for the refund. You call and they lie to you that it will arrive in a few days, emails with no response, you go in person and they have very confusing incident management. Coincidentally the manager has changed. They dont even know where they have the complaint forms. They will be reported to the Consumer Affairs Office. You end up losing patience, with how little empathy and how incompetent they are in this company.

Disorganized. Very poor management of the business, the company I work for rents vehicles very regularly and the Reus delegation is doing it worse and worse. We booked a tourism category and upon arrival they told me that they no longer have stock and that I have to take a lower one. They call me to return the rented car before the agreed day due to a need of theirs and at the same time When I get there they tell me no, they tell me Re-wear. We made a reservation for the next day at 5:00 p.m., when we arrived at the branch they told us that they do not have the vehicle available, that if we wanted the next day they would offer us compensation and the van would be 100% safe. The next day, we went to the branch again and, to our surprise, they told us again that we do not have the van available. Two days wasted, going to the branch, with a reservation made and we left both days without a vehicle. Al dia siguiente, acudimos nuevamente a la sucursal y, para nuestra sorpresa, vuelven a decirnos que no tenemos la furgoneta disponible. People forget what empathy is and that users often do not comply with contracts, delaying delivery or extending it online and that makes their work difficult when it comes to deliveries. I waited since they were cleaning the car that they were going to deliver to me, which I automatically understood that the previous user delivered it late. Y dijo que no mismo, y me humillando hablo que si yo quisera podria me alquilar uno de marcha y que solo tenia menos de 10 minutos para aceptar o no. No se pq hablan una cosa por telefono y otra personalmente, pero creo que uso de mucha mala gana en atenderme, llore de verguenza y nervioso, y me humillando hacia a ella pq tenia que viajar mas de 10 horas y el automatico me sinto mas tranquila y nada. No deseo esto para nadie y tengo la grabacion del funcionario de alla hablando que no tenia problemas, pero ella me humillo mucho y no me senti bien, cogi el coche pq tengo que cambiarme manana y no tendria tiempo para hacer otra reserva, esto fue en la Enterprise en Reus en la estacion de tren, nadie es mayor que nadie, no se humilla una persona asi por mas clientes que tengan. Di una estrella pero es 0. Y mi marido alquilo uno en la misma agencia pero en otra comunidade y pago todo con tarjeta de debito, y siempre que alquilamos coche, solo utilizamos la tarjeta de debito.
