If I could provide 10 stars I would. My car was at the dealership getting repaired and it had been 3 days with no car AND no rental. I called Enterprise multiple times and they assured me that there was no reservation made by my dealership who had promised they made one. Each phone call I talked to multiple people and all were very pleasant to communicate with. Finally I went in on the 3rd day to Enterprise to handle it myself. After the tiring and agonizing time with the dealership it was quite pleasant to walk into Enterprise and be greeted with such a welcome. Cameron, who I had talked to on the phone helped me. And when I say helped, I mean he truly went out of his way to make sure I was not leaving Enterprise without a car. He had talked to me on the phone the night before and saved a Ford since....shocker...Ford will only pay for your rental if you are driving a Ford! He took the extra step that I needed to get myself back on the road. He called Ford and hmmm miraculously my reservation was created! :/ I appreciated all the time and effort he took to make sure I was not being given the run-a-round from my dealership. Cameron truly got me in and out of Enterprise in less than 30 minutes. He allowed me to rant about my experience with the dealership and walked me through the whole process of renting the car with a smile on his face. The whole staff at this Moana Enterprise location was phenomenal. If you end up needing to rent a car I would highly suggest going to this location. You will not be disappointed with the service, communication, or interactions you are given by their team.
"Victoria" went out of her way to give me last minute options. I love the latest 5 mile free ride to obtain a rental.car. And I value the night drop for keys & car during late hours when the office is closed. These are only some reasons why I "always" use the Moana branch in Reno. I'll be back!
I rented a vehicle from this location to go to Lake Tahoe and the Enterprise employees here were awesome. Very easy and fast process. Thanks for the hospitality!
If I could give 0 stars I would! I rented a car through enterprise only because that's who my insurance agency partnered with. I only had the car for 5 days, but am being charged 9 days since it was returned on a holiday weekend. I spoke with both Cameron and Justina who were both very rude and not helpful in getting a refund for the unused days. They just magically dont call you back, then blame the customer for not doing THEIR job for them.I would never recommend using Enterprise, and especially not this location. Horrible customer service!
I'm a enterprise girl!! Yes I'm so happy with their service and yes even their prices. That the competitions can't sway me at all. I've been a member since 2017 so I'm locked in. Keep up the good work guys!! See you soon.
I rented from enterprise in Salt Lake city. Used a prepaid debit card no problem it was so easy. Was told a debit card was fine here in reno. It was not. So my friend has a debit from a bank he offered to rent it for me. Nope. They want nv energy bills and another bill with your address. Not to mention your first born and a kidney. I only wanted to rent a car not get the run around. So now I can't go meet my great grandkids. Thanks for nothing enterprise. You should be more upfront with your policy's. The girl lied and said she left a voicemail on Friday. No my voicemail is full, she should have sent a text. U lost money and customers im telling everyone of your poor service. Of my horrible experience because of enterprise. Nothing you can say or do can rectify the situation your company caused.
Hasib was amazing, in and out in less than 15 minutes. Did a thorough walk around and inspected the car w/ me, gave me upgrade options.
I drove one of their Mazda's to California, and oh my God, what a ride. Plus there's no money for mileage and it's pretty reasonable for the daily price. I had that car for 4 days and wished it was mine.
