The overall experience of our trip with Indie campers and the car was very good. The stuff working here is very nice and helpful. Although there was a lot of hidden costs that we encountered during the whole process of reservation (check the deposit options ;)), but after making the booking, when we came to Valencia, everything was great. Also, check if you have the cleaning and the kitchen kit before you start your trip ;)
Excellent experience from start to finish. Booking was straight forward, camper was in great condition, nice and clean. Collection and drop off nice and simple and staff very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be using again!
Got there to exchange my van today, that had a problem with the cooler. The service and the attention to details were amazing, they did there best to make sure that our trip continues without any more problems. Thanks a lot!!!
One big drawer got closed when we picked up the camper as it was not working properly. As we were travelling with a baby and a lot of stuff this was causing some minor issues with storing all our things properly. The gas was empty after like 13 days. We couldn't find any tutorial on where to get a new one and how to change it. So it was a bit of try and error for us. As gas can be dangerous i would recommend that you include this guideline at some point.or at least list points where to buy new bottles. Travelling with a cold shower or without heating in cold nights with a baby is no fun.
Experience was phenomenal. We had a long trip long 1000+ km. We always felt that the Indie Campers' team was present, from the check in to the check out. The van was up to our expectations (and beyond). I would definitely recommend to friends and family. See you next time!

Very pleased with the whole experience - the van was in perfect condition and the staff who attended to us were all really friendly and helpful (especially Juan Carlos). Looking forward to trying some of their other campers in the future!
