Booked back in December 2022 for July 2023, seemed the best deal I could find with airport collection / drop off & fuel return as recieved. So no rip off's?. Quick response's to questions, from Mercedes. Met as agreed in carpark, paperwork dealt with pronto & on our way with 3 cars all within 30 mins. Car's were all smart, clean, tidy & reliable, (AC in one was a bit dodgy). Great company, would definately use again & recommend.
They guys at Arrow are awesome. We arrived in Ciudad Quesada Saturday. We quickly realized that we needed a car. After several phonecalls and let downs with other dealers we got a hold of Arrow Rent A Car. They got us a car for the next day and the prosess was really quick. Both of them are fluent in English. The car was clean and full of gas.

Sept 2022 - Arrow took the all the usual hassles of car hire abroad away. Eddie met us at the airport as planned with the car we ordered, Child seat and all. The car was extremely clean and the handover process was so quick and easy, the returns process even easier. No queing at car hire desks with arrow! Would 100% recommend and will definitely use again.

Booked a taxi for 4.30 am to the airport and didn't turn up and when called said oh yeah we are having problems we'll get one to you, took another 50 minutes and nearly missed flyte. Was fuming and anxious is an understatement but the guy on the phone didn't seem to stressed or apologetic. The taxi driver however was very nice and quickly got us to the airport, I actually felt sorry for him having to deal with two stressed adults and a child. The company clearly forgot about us and I find this unacceptable.
