Over the last couple of weeks I have had the pleasure of hiring a couple of cars from Gobycar at Valencia Airport. The customer service was excellent as were the cars. I would go as far as to say it's the very best car rental experience I have ever had. Thanks Peter and the lady with the American accent who dealt with me at the rental desk. Great experience more than happy to recommend this company to others.

Came to take the car 1 hour before my schedule and got it without any issues. Got a good upgrade for +$2 / day to switch from a Opel Astra to a Hyundai Tucson but passed on it as it's too large to park around the city. Got a Hyundai i30 instead of the Astra which had lots of options and was almost new. Dropped the car and got my deposit back in 10 minutes. Really fast service, good price and nice car.

100% would recommend this company - the entire experience was great from start to finish. The booking process online was quick and straightforward and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The car we were given was in very good condition and there were no issues during the rental period. I highly recommend GoByCar for anyone looking for a reliable car rental service. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Great booking, all went well & smoothly. Booked trough booking.com without the insurance. This would not cover everything and still needs a EUR800 deposit. So i just took a insurance with GoByCar Was a little more expensive, (EUR20 a day )but then everything is covered and no deposit needed. Would recommend

I'd like to commend GoByCar Valencia for their excellent service. From the prompt and straightforward collection of the vehicle to its return, the process was seamless. The staff were courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. The car was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the transparent pricing structure without any hidden costs. I would certainly consider renting from GoByCar Valencia again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a similar service.

I rented in June 2024, for almost a month, a medium car. From their own website I rented, at that time they even offered a 20% discount (not only on the rent but also on the premium cover). They have their office outside the airport, I knew that and went to the parking to get their shuttle, I was the only one in the shuttle at that time of the day. At the desk the lady working there offered for 2 euros a day a bigger car with 0 km and I accepted. I got a Citroen C4X with 10km on board that went without issues during my rental period. The big pluses with renting with them are: - best price for long renting, compared with others, that included the premium cover. - the car was new, six gears, with excellent fuel economy (gas, 1.2 liter engine). - it fitted well for me this time, being outside the airport, I was not in a hurry. - people working there are decent and working as quickly as they can. they use words as "excuse me, please " and have a positive attitude. The not so great parts are: - they only work day time and there is not possible to return the car outside working hours and of course, they are located outside the airport itself. - when you are being picked up by the shuttle, maybe 15-20 more are waiting so delays can happen until you get your hands on the car. There were so many people waiting when I was left by the shuttle at the airport (after returning the car). You have to take this into account that it can happen. It did not happen to me when I picked up the car, but you never know. Better have patience.

We recently rented a car for Gobycar and will never use another provider if we need a car. They are so professional, everyone from the shuttle driver to the gentleman who checked us in and out were extremely kind and helpful. The car was excellent and the price could not be beat.
