No son lo suficientemente claros con la informacion de la reserva. He perdido 15EUR sin mas, pesimo.. no recomendable.
They are not clear enough with the reservation information. I have lost EUR15 without further ado, terrible... not recommended.
Un servicio muy amable, sencillo y muy profesional. El coche estaba nuevo y muy limpio y el trasporte al aeropuerto tambien muy sencillo y accesible.
A very friendly, simple and very professional service. The car was new and very clean and the transportation to the airport was also very simple and accessible.
EveryCar Valence n'existe en fait pas il s'agit de Click Rent (dont les avis font peur a voir). J'ai reserve en ligne via BSP et ai voulu fuir Click rent donc les avis faisaient peur a voir tant la malhonnetete semble le disputer a l'incompetence. J'ai donc opte pour Everycar dont les rares avis etaient convenables. Resultat: il s'agit de Click Rent (meme lieu, memes vehicules, meme personnel, memes CGV, le contrat porte le nom Click rent). Premiere surprise, ils ne sont pas DANS l'aeroport mais "a proximite" il faut donc aller prendre une navette qui se prend sur le parking 6 qui est loin de la sortie. Bien entendu cela n'est PAS INDIQUE lors de la reservation. On arrive ensuite dans un hangar ou l'on prend un ticket puis on patiente assis par terre ou debout au milieu des mouches qui tourbillonnent avec plein d'autres gens (et en ce qui nous concerne avec 2 enfants en bas age), il nous faudra 2h avant d'avoir notre voiture alors que nous nous sommes presentes a l'heure convenue. Beaucoup de gens crient a l'arnaque au comptoir ce qui ralentit encore les choses, certains se voient imposer une assurance, refuser la carte pour la caution ou autre joyeusetes. Au bout de 2h nous recuperons notre vehicule. On nous envoie par mail un etat des lieux qui ne mentionne aucun defaut alors qu'il y en a. Nous devons prendre des photos et une video du vehicule et l'envoyer. Probablement que si l'on est presse, ou a bout (apres plus de 2h30 d'attente au total depuis la sortie de l'aeroport) et qu'on ne le fait pas l'arnaque nous attend au retour de la voiture. Ensuite tout s'est passe correctement, le vehicule est agreable et de qualite et le retour est rapide et sans mauvaise surprise (pensez a rendre un plein bien plein, sachez qu'en dehors des horaires il y a des surtaxes....etc). Rappelons que le tarif n'avait rien low cost (500E pour une petite 5 portes pour une semaine) ce qui au total fait d'Everycar une veritable arnaque puisque c'est le service honteux de Click Rent mais avec un tarif beaucoup plus eleve. UNE HONTE ! Cette pratique de "rebranding" devrait etre interdite.
EveryCar Valence does not in fact exist, it is Click Rent (whose reviews are scary to see). I booked online via BSP and wanted to avoid Click Rent so the reviews were frightening to see as the dishonesty seemed to compete with incompetence. So I opted for Everycar, the few reviews of which were decent. Result: it is Click Rent (same location, same vehicles, same staff, same T&Cs, the contract bears the name Click rent). First surprise, they are not IN the airport but "nearby" so you have to take a shuttle which is taken from parking lot 6 which is far from the exit. Of course this is NOT INDICATED when booking. We then arrive in a hangar where we take a ticket then we wait sitting on the ground or standing in the middle of the flies swirling with lots of other people (and in our case with 2 young children), we It will take 2 hours before we get our car even though we showed up at the agreed time. Many people call it a scam at the counter which slows things down even more, some have insurance imposed, the card refused for the deposit or other joyous things. After 2 hours we collected our vehicle. We are sent by email an inventory which does not mention any defects even though there are some. We need to take photos and video of the vehicle and send it. Probably if we are in a hurry, or at the end of our tether (after more than 2.5 hours of waiting in total since leaving the airport) and we don't do it, the scam awaits us when the car returns. Then everything went correctly, the vehicle is pleasant and of good quality and the return is quick and without any unpleasant surprises (remember to return a full tank, be aware that outside of opening hours there are surcharges....etc. ). Remember that the price was not low cost (E500 for a small 5 door for a week) which overall makes Everycar a real scam since it is the shameful service of Click Rent but with a much higher price. A SHAME ! This practice of "rebranding" should be banned.
