Sin duda un descubrimiento en positivo por todo ademas su flota nueva es algo que piensas que al coger un corche de alquiler vas a encontrarte una forgoneta vieja y sin ninguna duda respondio a mis expectativas !!!! Magnifica atencion y servicio el ofrecido por parte de todos los trabajadores que me atendieron. Necesitaba un camion por una urgencia laboral y con un gran profesionalismo pudieron ofrecerme justo lo que necesitaba. Los precios me parecen economicos en comparacion con la calidad que ofrecen. Destacar la atencion de Roberto, que estuvo pendiente todo el rato hasta que logramos resolver la urgencia. Volvere sin duda.
Magnificent attention and service offered by all the workers who assisted me. I needed a truck for a work emergency and with great professionalism they were able to offer me just what I needed. The prices seem cheap compared to the quality they offer. I would like to highlight the attention of Roberto, who was attentive the entire time until we managed to resolve the emergency. Atencion al cliente totalmente nula. Falta de claridad en los precios con o sin IVA. Te cobran costes extra por nada. Y atencion, no llegas a ver el informe de danos si no lo solicitas especificamente, solo te envian por correo electronico un diseno muy poco claro donde no se mencionan todos los danos. TENGA MUCHO CUIDADO CUANDO SEA UN CLIENTE UNICO. He alquilado coches y furgonetas de muchas empresas, pero esta es, con diferencia, la peor.
Totally zero customer service. Lack of clarity in prices with or without VAT. They charge you extra costs for nothing. And be careful, you don't get to see the damage report if you don't specifically request it, they just send you a very unclear layout by email where not all the damage is mentioned. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU ARE A SINGLE CUSTOMER. I have rented cars and vans from many companies, but this is by far the worst.

I rented a camper from Covey off-season through a partner firm and found the Covey staff was dedicated and friendly towards us. They showed flexibility and prepared the camper very well! Returning the vehicle was also very easily managed and refunding the safety deposit was swiftly done on the first working day after returning the vehicle. The camper itself was well-maintained and affordable.
Trato de 10, recogi una furgoneta el viernes, me atendieron muy bien y me explicaron como funcionaba todo, me dieron las medidas y me entregaron una furgoneta que parecia que la estaba estrenando yo, muy limpia, con pocos kilometros y apenas tenia algun aranazo pequeno en alguna esquina. Me revisaron toda la furgo delante de mi, se apuntaron los desperfectos y me la lleve. Hice la mudanza el fin de semana y cuando la entregue me la volvieron a revisar delante mia, tras comprobar que todo estaba bien me devolvieron la fianza. Cuando vuelva a necesitar un vehiculo de alquiler sin duda volvere a contar con ellos. Muchas gracias, asi da gusto
