Terrible! My car got a flat and there was no spare. Called the agency at 5pm. Tow truck arrived after 11pm. Tow driver and I looked at tire. Almost no tread! Next morning they made me pay for a taxi to come get another car! No reimbursement.Terrible! Terrible!Terrible!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this car rental company. They have a strict policy of only accepting car returns starting at 8 AM, despite the fact that their staff is present and working before that time. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially since they charge a hefty fee of 55 euros if you attempt to return the car before 8 AM. Our flight was scheduled for 9 AM, so we arrived at the rental location at 7:30 AM to return the car. We waited patiently, paid the return fee, but to our astonishment, they still refused to take us to the airport until 8 AM. This meant we had to scramble to make our flight, as we were left with no other option. This company is the epitome of inflexibility and poor customer service. If you value your time and stress-free travel, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other car rental companies that understand the needs of their customers better. Avoid this one at all costs!

Great experience at ClickRent! Faire prices and excellent customer experience on collection and drop off of the car. Pablo was very nice and helpful as well the young guy that assisted us the first day. We will use this company again.

Update: They have finally reached out to me after half a month, I uploaded a screenshot. Very satisfying answer it helps me a lot Hello, sadly upon arrival I had to wait a long time although I had fast line. Which is we fine cause the staff was friendly. The car that I got was not in a good condition, cause the clutch would pop out, so they changed the car. The car was brought in a dirty condition. They asked if it would be fine like that. I told them to clean the interior a bit, and leave the outside how it is, cause I was in a hurry, since I was already there for an hour at least. I finally got the car, they did minimal cleaning, which was fine with me. 10 days later I Park the car at the airport. And one day later they send me a bill of 150EUR for extra Special cleaning. The Fotos attached are the ones that they send as an justification for them to charge me 150 bucks. And I can't understand it. It's a bit dirty. But I don't agree that they need to do special cleaning service, especially when they take 20 minutes to clean a car and they pay 8 bucks an hour to the people clean it. What do you guys think? And I haven't received my deposit of EUR200 back. And they won't respond to my complaint email.

Upon return, Pablo was extremely helpful and honest. Quick and fast checkout. The bus shuttle from and back to the airport was quick. We just had to follow the instructions and it was smooth (waiting no more than 10 minutes in the parking). Our best rental experience so far.

Spent almost 3 hours in a line waiting for a car that was out of my expectations. It was wrong category (basic SUV instead of luxury Mini Cooper), it took a while to get it, and it was unprepared after the previous users with trash in the interior and dirty glass. I recommend you to keep away from this car rental. They screwed my day, and also screwed my vacation because now I'll need to drive a boring car that is much bigger than I planned.

I have rent Citroen C4 Spacetourer from 8 to 15 June 2024. I did this via Ryanair page. During pickup process they blocked 2000 Euro on my bank card and released this money within 5 minute after drop off the car. The drop off procedure was realy fast and simple. I can highly recomend this company. Next time I will rent a car directly on ClickRent company instead of other page e.g. Ryanair. See you next time. Chris (Poland).
