Queria compartir mi experiencia con ellos. Nos dejo tirados otra empresa de alquiler de furgonetas que teniamos contratadas el viernes y el sabado por la manana los llanos a Autorent y nos atendio por telefono una chica muy agradable y nos ofrecieron un camion con plataforma para poder alquiler. Llegamos a recoger la furgoneta y la atencion muy buen, nos explicaron todo muy claro y nos dijeron que vieramos bien el estado del camion que estaba en perfectas condiciones por lo que nos lo llevamos y lo entregamos al dia siguiente segun el contrato. Ayer lunes ya tenia la fianza en la cuenta. No dudaremos en volver a trabajar con ellos. Atentos, amables y todo muy transparente. Gracias a ellos pudimos hacer la mudanza!

Esta empresa no vale para nada te dicen una cosa y a la hora de pagar te dicen otra, dan poquisimos kilometros, 400 me dieron por 8 dias, alquilar aqui es una estafa y si despues de esto decides alquilar preguntar todo bien porque luego salen con otras cosas. Clickrent mucho mejor la recomiendo mucho mas.
This company is worthless, they tell you one thing and when it comes to paying they tell you another, they give very few kilometers, they gave me 400 for 8 days, renting here is a scam and if after this you decide to rent, ask everything well because then they go out with others things. J'ai loue une voiture a Portimao au Portugal. 15 jours apres avoir rendu la voiture intacte la franchise de 1000EUR ne m'a toujours pas ete remboursee sous pretexte la premiere fois qu'il y avait le 1er mai ferie, la deuxieme fois par l'absence du ticket de la carte bancaire, la troisieme fois a cause des peages d'autoroute utilises alors que les sommes ont ete debitees directement de ma carte bancaire et 3 jours apres avoir pretendument fait le virement mon compte n'est toujours pas credite du remboursement de la franchise. Cette franchise etait une provision uniquement en cas d'accident. Elle aurait du m'etre remboursee le jour meme de la restitution du vehicule. Societe Autorent = voyou.

Vehiculos de alquiler a bien precio. Estan muy limpios. La atencion al cliente y la facilidad para alquilar a traves de la WEB es de primera. Sin lugar a dudas una empresa a tener en cuenta si necesitas un vehiculo de alquiler.

He alquilado un camion con trampilla tres dias, iba a hacerlo en otra empresa conocida y no lo hice por los comentarios negativos, eran demasiados, y por el precio. Mi experiencia ha sido fantastica y humana, todo perfecto, honestidad100%, una luz lateral se habia descolgado y sin problema, fianza de 100 euros y 200 si es tarjeta de debito, devuelto en el momento, en la otra empresa me pedian 600 de fianza y, segun lei tardaban en devolverla. Amabilidad, desde el chico que cogio la reserva y el chico de la entrega y recogida a la senora de la oficina es un encanto, muy cercana, amable. Eficientes, economicos y eficientes. Ojala se extienda una empresa asi por todos los lados. Muchas gracias!!!
