Pujcil jsem si zde auto. Bohuzel jsem musel hned vratit zpet svitila kontrolka a pak cekat na jine. Celkem nechapu dat auto takto nepripravene. POZOR spoustu poplatku navic a hlavne nesmyslne omezeni km na 5 dni jen 1300km to je strasne malo pak kazdy km za 0,35euro coz je moc . Priste bych volil jinde .
I rented a car here. Unfortunately, I had to immediately return the light and then wait for another. I don't quite understand how to leave the car unprepared like that. BEWARE of a lot of extra fees and, above all, the senseless limitation of km for 5 days, only 1300 km, that's terribly little, then every km for 0.35 euros, which is too much. I would choose elsewhere next time.

No hemos podido alquilar las bicis porq no tienen servicio por la tarde y no permiten alquilar por dia completo. Ponen excusa de falta demanda debido a covid, no abren en la tarde.

Lee muy bien la letra pequena del contrato. Solo alquila a todo riesgo incluida rotura de cristales, es una de las mayores provincias espanolas con rotura de cristales. No dejes fianza a la menor incidencia hacen uso del deposito sin consultar

No puedo decir mucho sobre el servicio. Fuimos el domingo y estaba cerrado. No ponia nada en la pagina web pero en el horario de la tienda estaba claro. Fuimos otro dia dentro de horario en que deberia estar abierto y tambien estaba cerrado. Habia una familia esperando a devolver unas bicicletas. Al final ir dos veces para nada pagando ticket de parking.
I can't say much about the service. We went on Sunday and it was closed. It didn't say anything on the website but it was clear in the store hours. We went another day during hours when it should be open and it was also closed. There was a family waiting to return some bicycles. In the end, going twice for nothing paying a parking ticket.
I rented a car with them for 5 days during my stay in Punta Umbria. Everything went very smooth, the reception was very friendly. Big advantage was that I was able to park the car in the underground parking of the shopping mall, free of charge. Since I stayed in the Barcelo hotel across the street, this was very convenient. If I had to park the car in the hotel parking, this would have costed me approximately 50 euro. I can only recommend this place to rent a car when you're staying in Punta Umbria !
