These guys are awesome! Super easy to deal with. The car we got, a Seat Ibiza, was a beast. It's got a small engine but it's turbocharged so it just cruises up those mountains. I was totally impressed. Will rent from them again for sure.

I had been left stranded at airport by another car hire provider who had run out of cars, I had booked 8 months in advance! Had to get taxi to resort at additional expense. I contacted Inauto, they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They organised a car hire for me the next day and dropped it off to me at my accommodation which was quite out of the way. The airport drop off instructions were really clear. I 100% recommend using them. Good price too, you can find cheaper but you get what you pay for!

We booked a car from Tenerife for Gran Canaria, they drove a car to our hotel, where also was a check out location, you can agree on everything with them, also theres no need for credit card or deposit, they give you full ensurence from the start and you can pay with cash. People are really friendly and we were very satisfied with the service.

Very satisfied with this agency. Kind staff. The original communication took place via e-mail. We agreed to pick up at the hotel, which is 10 km from the agency. No problems with this. The agent got the car to us on time. We've got a Peugeot 208. almost new, clean, without defects. The car ran without any problems for 10 days. The car had also CarPlay what was very useful (maps, Apple Music,..). We returned the car by leaving the keys at the reception. I really recommend this agency!

They are very responsive, the quote is precise and there is no deposit to give, car received at the hotel, a Seat Ibiza like new. The professionalism of this agency is exceptional. I recommend Inauto Rent a Car 200%! For the record, following a misunderstanding of a sign in a parking lot, our car was collected and dropped off at a municipal depot on the first day. Not knowing the location, the agency kindly drove us to the depot to collect it and even offered us the car for an extra day for free for the loss of time and money caused by this removal. Thanks to them!

I highly recommend it. Formalities 10 minutes, no deposit/cards, car in good condition, fully insured, no problems when returning it, delivered to the hotel and picked up from the hotel. Just a perfect word. Easy reservation following quote request and email exchange with always a quick response. A person was waiting for us with a sign with our name at the airport. After explanation and handing over the keys we help you out of the parking lot for which you are not paying. No credit card borrowing, no deposit, unlimited km, clean car in good condition. Rented a car for two days. We went for a lovely convertible, but at the end of the first day the hood no longer closed properly. It was immediately exchanged for another one (unfortunately there was no convertible available anymore). We also received money back for the difference between a convertible for two days and a regular car for two days. While we were also unable to refuel after the first day. Top service, highly recommended!

Very Happy with the quality of service from this company. I emailed to enquire from my hotel in peurto rico, and the response was super fast. No deposit needed. We got the 9 seater Nissan, spotless clean. Was dropped to our hotel for 930am. Details given & money paid an off we went. We left keys at reception the night we finished an was collected early morning..we actually left my sons glasses on the seat and they were returned to reception for us. I sincerely recommend it. I rented a car by contacting only via watsup. The car was delivered to the hotel and picked up from the hotel. For 96 euros I got a Renault Clio 1.5 diesel for 3 days. The car was less than a year old and had 7,000 km on it. Great. No deposit or credit card number required.

Quick response and the service lives up to the promise. Considerably better prices than the bigger chains. Delivery and pick-up at the hotel, full insurance without deductible. I asked for an automatic, which was a group D Renault Captur, with Carplay, 100k km. 3 days 142. The drive was 300 km. Its really nice to have an automatic on these hills.

This was a great car rental experience. I prebooked my car via email prior to leaving UK, no need for a deposit. The communication was excellent throughout the process. My car was delivered to my hotel on time, it took about 5 minutes to complete the paperwork and payment. The price included insurance etc. The car I was rented was brand new...a Skoda Fabia automatic which was perfect for our needs. Just the right size to be comfortable and not too large for the windy, mountain roads we explored. I would definitely use this company again. 2 days rental was great allowing us to explore the interior of Gran Canaria.
