Good price but stupid way of giving the keys back. Rude bald guy couldn't be bothered to take them instead trying to explain where to put them and making no sense. Lazy.
Tuve un problema con el coche. Salto alarma de fallo del motor. Despues de ir a la oficina de playa del ingles (mas cercana a donde me encontraba) me dirigi a esta otra en Puerto Rico donde me atendieron de forma inmejorable. Entendieron el problema y me lo solucionaron dandome otro coche aunque era de categoria superior. Muchas gracias al chico que me atendio, tuvo paciencia en resolverme las dudas aunque tenia muchos clientes tambien que atender y mucho trabajo. En ningun momento perdio la atencion. Gracias!
I had a problem with the car. Engine failure alarm went off. After going to the Playa del Ingles office (closest to where I was) I went to this other one in Puerto Rico where they treated me in an unbeatable way. They understood the problem and They solved it by giving me another car even though it was of a higher category. Many thanks to the guy who helped me, he was patient in answering my questions even though he also had many clients to attend to and a lot of work. At no time did he lose attention. Thank you!
