Unsere Erfahrung mit TopCar auf Fuerteventura war Folgendes: Wir bekamen ein Gut ausgestattetes Fahrzeug sogar in einer hoheren Kategorie als wir es gebucht hatten. Der Abholprozess ging zugig von statten. Das Auto war voll aufgetankt. Zwei Wermutstropfen passten jedoch nicht ins Bild. Das Fahrzeug war nicht gereinigt und der Luftdruck in den Reifen passte nicht, so dass Luftdruckuberwachung anschlug und wir zuerst an einer Tankstelle das Problem losen mussten. Deshalb nur vier von funf Sternen.
Our experience with TopCar on Fuerteventura was as follows: We got a well-equipped vehicle even in a higher category than we had booked. The pickup process went quickly. The car had a full tank of gas. However, two downsides didn't fit into the picture. The vehicle had not been cleaned and the air pressure in the tires was not correct, so the air pressure monitor was activated and we first had to solve the problem at a gas station. Therefore only four out of five stars.

La experiencia con Topcar fue muy buena. Nunca suelo coger seguros y esta vez al costar solo 30EUR, me anime. Menos mal pues pinche en uno de los caminos no asfaltados. Era un dia de muchos accidentes y en vez de esperar a que se librara alguna grua, se desplazo un empleado con un coche para que me lo quedara y el se llevo el coche averiado una vez reparado. Fueron rapidos y me dieron un coche de gama superior al que tenia. Otro detalle digno de valorar: la fianza de 200EUR que habia tenido que dejar por pagar con tarjeta de debito se me devolvio nada mas entregar las llaves de vuelta. En resumidas cuentas: muy buen servicio, profesionales y amables incluso en caso de accidente. Repetire sin duda!
The experience with Topcar was very good. I never usually take insurance and this time when it cost only EUR30, I decided to go for it. Thank goodness I had a puncture on one of the unpaved roads. It was a day with many accidents and instead of waiting for a tow truck to be freed, an employee came with a car for me to keep and he took the damaged car away once it was repaired. They were quick and gave me a higher-end car than I had. Another detail worth considering: the EUR200 deposit that I had to leave to pay with a debit card was returned to me as soon as I returned the keys. In short: very good service, professional and friendly even in case of accident. I will repeat without a doubt!
Personale altamente qualificato abbiamo preso un auto io il mio ragazzo e la commessa di Top Car era italiana e stata molto gentile a modo e molto accogliente dopo Car e fra le migliori aziende per la reservation
