TopCar (Fuerteventura Airport) in Puerto del Rosario

A great car and great service. The money to quality ratio super high. No additional money for the second driver, no fuel deposit. The only downside was the waiting time at the airport, but this is understandable - the whole flight went to rent cars. I would recommend TopCar to anyone visiting the Canary Islands.

Have been waiting over an hour so far and the queue has barely moved. They need another desk as they simply cannot supply the demand here. At this rate we will be waiting for at least 3hours... very shocking service.

TopCar, is the greatest! Fantastic staff, so friendly and please thank the lady for upgrading us to a beautiful MG. I hope to get the same car upon our return on November 2024.

Good friendly service by all members of staff. Car was very clean and relatively new, which made our onward journey very comfortable. The only negative was the length if the queue when we came out of arrivals (we queued for approximately 1 hour). I would definately use and recommend too car again

Excellent service. Our flight was delayed by a couple of hours but the office was still open and they checked us out in a matter of minutes. We rented a Citroen C3 Cross which was in very good conditions and very well cleaned. Check in at the airport early in the morning, after 11 days driving around the island and more than 600km, was fast as well. At the beginning of the rent we were charged 900EUR of deposit on the credit card, which were credited back the same day we returned the car.

Visited Fuerteventura on 28th Aug. Pre-booked a Volkswagen T-Cross for the week. Price was decent, although if you don't take the premium insurance you will have to put down a hefty deposit (mine was 900 euros). The car station is roughly a 60 second walk from the airport exit. Car was in decent condition, clean. Had a couple of scratches which were marked on the hire paper. Car was nice to drive all holiday (approx 4-500 miles driven). Return was easy, just parked in one of the return bays, handed the keys over. The woman had a check around the car and everything was okay. Got my deposit back within 24 hours of leaving my holiday. All round good experience with topcar. Although I probably won't be returning to fuerteventura myself I would happily hire another car from topcar if I ever did return.

Pros: - Good price - Good service, it took only 30 minutes to do the paperwork and get the car. Everything was explained very well. - Returning the was very easy and quick - Relatively new car (2019) with Apple Carplay - Inside of the car was disinfected - Fuel tank was full Cons: - The car had a lot of (small) damage all round. Nothing major, except that the passenger door was damaged on the top, which caused a lot of wind noise. - Center caps and antenna were missing - The front windshield looked like it was never cleaned on the inside, pretty dangerous in the evening. - No washer fluid. - The car was pretty dirty when I received it. The experience was good. The car was fine mechanically and drove well. I do recommend to get their SCDW insurance as it's cheap and prevents you from having the 500 euro deposit. Altogether, I would have given 5 stars if the car was clean, complete with topped off fluids and more damage free. Some points for improvement.
