Fantastic experience as first time rentals abroad. Costumer service was exceptional. I definitely recommend Elizabeth cars rental. They didn't have the car what we wanted but they were super helpful to sort us uot with another car. Communication was absolutely brilliant. This was our car in Fuerteventura.

Positive experience We rented a new C3 car for around 45 euros a day. Surely with other companies they are less expensive but this one took the car to the hotel and we left it in the evening when we no longer needed it at the reception where they came to pick it up the next day at 7 in the morning. In this they are fiscal, you must return it either in the evening or in the morning by 7

Spent a lot of money hiring a 9 seater that broke down after 5 days of a 10 day hire. They had no vehicles with more than 5 seats to replace it with so we took a lesser model for the next 5 days. This model worked out 150 euros less so was promised a refund when we returned home they then changed the amount and stated 79 euros to refund. Still waiting for refund no response to calls or messages. Absolutely disgusting and we also had to pay for taxis to get the remaining guests to airport with the luggage. Avoid at all costs
