We rented a car for a week. We opted for hotel drop off and collection. No extra charge for this. Fantastic service. Everything went smoothly. On the first evening we got a puncture, so called the office in the morning. Within 2 hours we had been given a replacement car and only had to pay for the petrol we had used in the first car. Excellent service. Will definitely use again.

Lovely service but I was disappointed on my first day in asking for a car rental and they weren't available which is understandable as they are booked out but when I asked about tomorrow they said booked out, so I checked on their website and there was plenty of cars available the next day so I booked online, and there was a queue waiting for car, I met with the same worker there and after a while I received my car, it included all costs within the Orginial cost which is great and I was happy with my car. At drop off it was closed so I contacted them by phone and it was a bank Holiday day there so I had to drop off the following day. All great service just thought it odd they said they didn't have availability for the following day, so best to book online and collect car.

We used Cicar years ago in Tenerife and were good, so I used them again. Short wait in the office and you have to find your car on a nearby street. Staff friendly and efficient. They offered to collect car from hotel which was a great help. (You just left the keys with reception). We had a fairly new Peugeot 208, which was in amazing condition compared to some of the hire cars I've had in the UK recently! No additional charges for excess etc and overall cost was good.

It was super easy to deal with them. I requested for automatic car. They didn't have it but arranged it in just 30 minutes. No major paper work. Had minor dent while driving they were super cool about it and told me not to worry they will get this sorted through their insurance. I would love to hire from them any time of the year.

We had a problem, but it was a simple random situation, an error occurred - a change in pressure in the front left tire, we got a flat tire just after leaving Puerto del Carmen. I called the hotline and the lady there quickly told me that by installing a spare wheel I would save a lot of time, so I changed the tire to a spare one and returned to the company where I took the car, which was 10 minutes away. We drove to a local workshop where the tire was repaired, it took about 1 hour so it was quite quick. The car was nice, it was possible to leave the car at the hotel, so it was a great convenience. We rented the car shown in the photos, the car turned out to be very economical and comfortable, we visited 8 destinations on the entire island from north to south and the fuel cost was 18. I highly recommend, nice service.

Super happy, we booked a car for 10 days for our honeymoon, a fiat 500 and it was a success. They delivered the car to us at the airport, we enjoyed it every day and returning the car couldnt have been easier, at the airport itself. We rented the car for a week with Cicar (a Fiat500) very reasonable price knowing that we were under 25 years old it was the only agency that did not charge us extra. It turned out that the tire was flat (slow puncture), we came back an hour later to bring it back and we were upgraded (Fiat 500 convertible) The return of the car was at night, all you had to do was park the car and put the keys in the mailbox. It was perfect. I recommend this agency!
