had a car for a week, rented it at the shop of Cabrere Medina next to Hotel Fariones. Very friendly, good price, all included, no problems at all. one of the best car rentals ever as quck, friendly, good price.
Very good experience ! Fiat 500 Hybrid with Google Android Auto equipment (based on Google Maps), you will find any destination on an island as long you keep your eyes open, volcanic terrain is dangerous.... During Semana Santa I could profit from large discount, I enjoy the freedom to visit my points of interest...

Impressed with the car but that was about all. I rarely have to leave a bad review but, as people who read my reviews will know I am always honest. We went up to the counter at the Puerto del Carmen branch in Lanzarote and waited without one single member of staff acknowledging us. Had we not wanted to see more of the island then we would have left it as the staff were very rude. Another staff member came in and asked one of the lads behind the counter if he was dealing with us.....all in Spanish...the lad behind the counter then looked up and proceeded to deal with us. Just because I am English does not mean I cannot understand or speak Spanish. I thanked the chap in Spanish for telling his colleague to deal with us. It really did spoil the whole experience. The staff need to be made aware that it doesn't matter where people come from or whether they speak Spanish or not, it's customers like us that pay their wages by using their cars and being courteous is not hard.
Staff friendly, helpful and informative. Just popped in to book a car for the next few days didn't have our first choice a small car as all booked but took details (we can drive manual and automatic cars) and said that we could have a bigger one for not much more. Came back next day and were given an automatic hybrid SUV. Would recommend and use again.
Poor experience. Booked the car through the website at 8am which was confirmed, turns out they don't open until 8am and no way the car would ever be ready by then. Also no guarantee of when it will be, you have to wait for returning cars to come back and be cleaned etc. If you require a car at a certain time I would not recommend this operator.
Excellent. Lady based in the Los Zocos resort provided great service. Fast and efficient. P.S... go for the Abarth 124 Spider.
Rented 2 different cars on 2 different days and was really pleased with both. Good prices and friendly staff. A lot of fun to rent the noisy Fiat Abarth to drive around the island!
