I booked through TUI and was very disappointed. You are driven to the distant office just to sign the contract and pick up the car. Only the driving license details that you could request in advance are entered. There came a lousy old Toyota Yaris with over 60,000 km, not full of fuel - how exactly are you supposed to refuel -, the passenger seat was heavily stained, the tires were not inflated and were badly worn, after they had been inflated correctly there was still a warning message on the display, strange rolling noises as if a wheel bearing would be broken. In the city center I could have gotten a brand new, stylish Fiat 500 for the same price. Such a bloody experience never again.

Habe uber TUI gebucht und war sehr enttauscht. Man wird extra ins weit entfernte Buro gefahren, nur um den Vertrag zu unterschreiben und den Wagen abzuholen. Dabei werden nur die Fuhrerscheindaten eingetragen, die man vorab auch anfragen konnte. Es kam ein lausiger alter Toyota Yaris mit uber 60.000 km, nicht vollgetankt - wie soll man da exakt nachtanken -, der Beifahrersitz stark verfleckt, die Reifen nicht aufgepumpt und stark abgefahren, nach korrektem Aufpumpen immer noch eine Warnmeldung im Display, seltsame Abrollgerausche als ob ein Radlager kaputt ware. Im Stadtzentrum hatte ich zum gleichen Preis einen nagelneuen schicken Fiat 500 bekommen. Such a bloody experience never again.

I booked a small car through TUI Cars. However, the minimum rental period is three days. I was picked up from the hotel and taken to the station. We got a nice upgrade there and everything went great. There was also no annoying question about insurance. We got a Toyota Yaris as a hybrid and covered around 350km on the island. In the end we filled up for around 13. I then handed the key over to the hotel reception the evening before the pickup date. The landlord then picked up the car independently. Everything went super.

Habe einen Kleinwagen uber TUI Cars gebucht. Mindestmietdauer allerdings drei Tage. Ich wurde vom Hotel abgeholt und zur Station gebracht. Dort haben wir ein schones Upgrade bekommen und alles verlief super. Auch das nervige Nachfragen nach Versicherungen blieb aus. Wir haben einen Toyota Yaris als Hybrid bekommen und ca. 350km auf der Insel zuruckgelegt. Am Ende haben wir fur ca 13 getankt. Den Schlussel habe ich dann am Vorabend des Abholtermins an der Hotelrezeption abgegeben. Der Vermieter hat den Wagen dann eigenstandig abgeholt. Alles super gelaufen.

Very nice service and the vehicle was in very good condition, clean and so on! Prices are moderate. Unfortunately the service people only speak English and Spanish, so some customers still have unanswered questions about the documents they sign! Otherwise we will rent from avia car again!
