Tried to hire a car for the same day, told no cars available. Not too bothered about that, as it was a chance we took... But when we asked about booking for the following day, we were told we'd have to come back the next morning to check if they had any cars available. So could be a chance you unwillingly and unfruitfully take day after day. Don't understand why we couldn't just book. Poor customer service.

Diabolical. Went in on Wednesday to get a car. It was 1pm and they were closing!!!! Went in today to get booked car. Waiting for ages whilst guy was fiddling with computer, then doing nothing. We asked what was wrong, "we have no cars". Why did you not say at begining, why did we have to ask. Obviously don't know what customer service is. We said cancel it and walked out. 2 doors up another carhire place, car straight away and people before us who had been before us at Cabrera. Never will use again.

Out of all of the hire car places (even ones of the same company) in this area, this was the only company that would let me a hire a car right there and then, and within 15 mins I was already in the car. You have to book in advance from Poland via the Internet, there was no chance of getting a car there. But we managed to get the scooter the next day. communication English, Spanish I use Google translate :), minimum formalities 10 minutes: driving license available for inspection WITHOUT DEPOSIT (the guy at the rental shop next door wanted a deposit of 300 euros). For 3 days of riding I paid 110 euros, helmets included. The island is small, Ive been everywhere and parking was no problem :). In hindsight: next time I dont take a car - a scooter again, from Poland I take a phone holder for navigation, max EUR 20 for fuel (E 1.16 per liter), I plan routes rather on local roads, not 90 km/h, only 50 and I enjoy the views. The scooters opinion: I drove up and said Ola, gave the keys back and thats it :) I recommend it, I recommend it and I recommend it again. If it werent for this scooter, I would have spent the entire vacation like a porpoise by the pool and on one beach, but I went to almost all of them :)

Good price. The car was good, comfortable and fairly new. The pick-up and delivery processes were another issue. When we handed it over we couldnt find it, because according to them they had left it parked and that wasnt the case, after a quarter of an hour we found it. Regarding the pick-up, they tell us that we have to return it three hours before the agreed time, leaving the key under the seat (leaving a car unlocked with the keys under the seat is not normal, really), and they picked it up almost two hours later than our initial delivery time .

Al entregarnoslo no lo encontrabamos, porque segun ellos lo habian dejado aparcado y no era asi, tras cuarto de hora lo encontramos. I got a Seat Arona automatic myself, they didnt even advertise that it had all the assistance (ACC, lane assist, etc...), as well as navigation, which worked great. When I returned the car, they just asked me where it was parked, they didnt even go to look at it. When I asked if they would at least check if I returned a full tank, they said they trusted me.
