I went to this agency to take an excursion to Masca... the black-haired girl told us that Lady Elsia a ship leaving from Los Gigantos was going to Masca when in reality it was not like that. When I asked for explanations again, she began to respond rudely, saying that she had never said she was going to Masca, but I had explicitly come in to ask for an excursion to Masca.
