Stayed in Los Gigantes at El Sombrero apartments. Was recommended this car rental place by top 10 excursions in the town and they were nothing but amazing. Dropped the car off with me and picked it up from my hotel. Very friendly staff and the car was incredible value for price. Easy to communicate with and when we had an issue with the car, they resolved it with a replacement again leaving it at the apartment. Would recommend to anyone.
I fully can recommend this company. We got a quite new seat ibiza in perfect condition. In addition we used the parking gerage el mirador, which we also can recommend. Isidoro and his team is very trustful and they are always ready to help. I had a misunderstanding with a gas station. They have charged me too much money. With the support of Isidoro and his team I got the money back. Thanks again for everything. See you hopefully soon.
Very good cooperation. I recommend this car rental company to everyone. Staff very nice and competent. I received the exact car I saw in the photo and paid for, not a similar one. The car was new, clean and without any damage.
We hired a car for three days in May to explore the island and get to Loro and Siam Park. Car was great value for money, instructions were clear and communication was excellent. Car was ideal and the service from the gentleman there was extremely friendly. Would 100% use again.
Car was new and fine for the slightly hairy tenerife tourist routes. Excellent service including pick up and we just dropped the car off at our hotel when we had finished with it and they collected it. The wife managed to lose her phone under the seat (only realising once the car had been returned.) Despite our best efforts to get the phone back it only was found after our return to the uk. Rent a car Las Rosas then posted the phone to us back in the UK. Wife was . muchas gracias Rent a car Las Rosas. excellent service and we will be sure to use you again on our next trip to Tenerife.
