Couldn't fault this company, booked through our hotel a band C vehicle, cost EUR55 for a day all in. Just had to bring it back with the same amount of fuel, which was tricky as it had 1/2 a tank, so you could end up putting more fuel in than required, so try & work it out! Obviously, it's easy when they give it you with a full tank..!!

We hired the VW white cabriolet for three days. It was reasonably priced and everything was perfect. We then hired a Hyundai smaller car for one day to go to Siam Park. It was so easy just to pick it up and better value than going on the bus or taxi. Would recommend this company and staff are really lovely, Especially Maria!!

We wanted a car for 3 days to teavel all over the island so this car rental was recommended by our hotel, AF valle Orotava. We received a Dacia Sandero Stepway, from category C, 50 EUR per day. We used it to visit the Teide volcano, the beaches from the south and north of the island, the oldest tree of the island, and even Masca town, which was a pretty challenging road. The car behaved good, manual transmission, had climatronic, also Android auto, which made easy to navigate and listen to our own music. We took photos when we received the car, because it had various scratches and small hits, so there wouldn't be any discussion regarding these when we handed over the car. Overall it was a good experience, we recommend it!

Amazing service, didn't have to pay any extra fees or deposit, just paid 9EUR for insurance. The car I booked for a day was a vw polo auto, but it got taken already when I came to collect keys. However, I've been given another car instead which was a jeep! Can you imagine getting a jeep for a trip - 4x4 auto. Everything was sorted in 5 minutes and I was on my way. Best experience of driving. Had no problem making all around Tenerife island and getting to the Mount Teide and back. Was worth every EUR.

NOTHING RECOMMENDED. Do not book the excursions you want to take around the island with them if you do not want to be surprised. In our case we booked a boat excursion to see dolphins and what was our surprise that when we arrived at the place they told us that we are not on the reservation list and therefore, we will not be able to enjoy the excursion. All this when we had previously paid at the time of booking it, so what they do is charge you and then they dont call the center to reserve your place on the excursion. In our case we were finally lucky because the boats capital made an exception and since there were only two of us, they let us get on the boat even without mentioning it in the reservation. The boat staff are very friendly, they do everything possible to solve the situation but as far as this company is concerned THEY ARE SCAMMERS. NEVER BOOK A TOUR WITH THEM.

En nuestro caso reservamos una excursion en barco para ver delfines y cual fue nuestra sorpresa que cuando llegamos al lugar nos dicen que no estamos apuntamos en la lista de reservas y por tanto, no podremos disfrutar de la excursion. Todo esto cuando previamente habiamos pagado ya en el momento de reservarlo, por lo que lo que hacen es cobrarte y luego no llaman al centro para reservarte la plaza en la excursion. En nuestro caso finalmente tuvimos suerte gracias a que el capital del barco hizo una excepcion y como solo eramos dos personas nos dejo subir al barco aun sin constar en la reserva. El personal del barco muy amable, hacen todo lo posible por solucionar la situacion pero por lo que se refiere a esta compania SON UNOS ESTAFADORES. NUNCA RESERVEN UNA EXCURSION CON ELLOS.

To flee!! I rented a car from them through doyouspain with whom I took out insurance. After a long wait because they were late at the meeting point, I was refused to take the deposit linked to the insurance I had taken out and I was forced to take out a second insurance Two days later the car broke down when the battery ran out (which can happen) they replaced it with one which made a squealing brake almost throughout the trip. Finally, when returning the vehicle, they got the return day wrong and I had to leave the car with the keys inside according to their instructions. After reflection, the calculation of the second insurance does not seem very clear to me

FATAL. Company with very dirty practices. At first they let you make the reservation with a debit card, and when you arrive at the airport they pick you up by car and take you to a gas station in the middle of nowhere which is where they have their office. Here comes the surprise, they tell you that either you take out the extra insurance ( 36 in our case) or you have to pay with a credit card and you cannot pay with a debit card (having made the reservation with it). On top of that, Since they have you at a gas station in the middle of nowhere, you have no choice but to accept. The car was in a sorry state, bumps and scratches everywhere, so I took photos of everything just in case, it rained and the windshield wipers were miserable, they didnt remove the water, they left a trail of dirt all over the glass. Run away from this company

El coche en estado lamentable, golpes y aranazos por todas partes, asi que le hice fotos a todo por si acaso, nos llovio y los limpiaparabrisas daban pena, no quitaban el agua, dejaban un rastro de suciedad por todo el cristal. During the week we were going to spend on the island, we had planned to rent a van for 4 days. We were looking in several offices for a rental van for 8 people, a complicated task, in the end we found this agency. We rented the van for the days mentioned above, there were no problems when it came to renting, we paid the stipulated amount, we enjoyed the vehicle visiting almost the entire island. The office where we rented the van was on Los Robles Street, the staff who assisted us were friendly.

I can only advise against booking with this car rental company(?). We booked a rental car from TFS for almost three weeks via a large comparison portal. When looking through the documents, you couldnt find anywhere where or how you could pick up the car at the airport. I had never seen Voltencar there either, at least I didnt know them there. I emailed her to find out how I could take over my car, but the email was undeliverable due to an unknown email address (two attempts). The third attempt to contact us was via their contact form. Im still waiting for an answer after a month and a half. Of course, after a week of radio silence, I canceled and made a reservation with another car rental company I knew based in the Canary Islands. Their homepage is like something from the last millennium, confusing, doesnt work correctly and is absolutely uncomfortable. I then looked at the store on Streetview and realized that I knew this backyard rental company by sight and, if I had known beforehand who it was, I would never have made a reservation with them. I could have saved myself a lot of trouble and paperwork...

Ich hatte Voltencar auch noch nie dort gesehen, zumindest waren sie mir dort nicht bekannt. Um zu erfahren, wie ich mein Auto ubernehmen kann, hatte ich sie angemailt, jedoch war die Mail wegen unbekannter Mailadresse unzustellbar(zwei Versuche). Der dritte Versuch der Kontaktaufnahme war uber deren Kontaktformular. Auf eine Antwort warte ich nach eineinhalb Monaten noch heute. Selbstverstandlich habe ich nach einer einwochigen Funkstille storniert und bei einer anderen mir bekannten auf den Kanaren ansassigen Autovermietung reserviert. Deren Homepage ist wie aus dem letzten Jahrtausend, unubersichtlich, funktionier nicht korrekt und absolut unkomfortabel. Hatte mir den Laden dann auch noch bei Streetview angeschaut und festgestellt, dass ich diese Hinterhof Vermietung vom Sehen kenne und, wenn ich vorher gewusst hatte, um wen es sich handelt, nie bei denen reserviert hatte. Ich hatte mir viel Arger und Schreibarbeit ersparen konnen...
