Il servizio offerto e buono e i prezzi sono ragionevoli. I mezzi sono in ottimo stato manutentivo e sono nuovi. Sono molto insoddisfatto dal servizio di assistenza post acquisto e della comunicazione. Ho richiesto delle informazioni telefonando all'ufficio vendite e mi e stato riferito di richiamare il giorno successivo. Purtroppo il giorno successivo era scaduto il termine per accogliere la mia richiesta ed e stata rigettata. Alcune informazioni importanti non mi sono state fornite al momento della stipula del contratto come ad esempio se si lascia qualcosa all'interno del veicolo e quest'ultimo viene danneggiato per rubare gli oggetti personali, le spese saranno a carico del cliente. Per fortuna non mi e capitato nulla di spiacevole.

I had a lovely experience start to finish. They were very polite, easy going and understanding. They didn't have a small vehicle for me since I came in so late in the day and wanted a vehicle right away so they game me a suv for the day and let me come back the next day to exchange it for a smaller car. All without charging me any extra money. Both cars were new, clean and perfect for what we needed.
