After reading the previous review (from Patrick) I was really worrying about my deposit. I gave even more than 150 (150+300 for using debit card instead of credit). But everything was OK, the full amount was reimbursed to my card 48 hours after returning the motorcycle to the office. The scooter was very economic and good enough to make 200 km per day. Overall, I cannot complain at all. Thank you.

Never make deposit of 150EUR with Credit Card! I dont get it Back. I rented a scooter and handed it over intact and complete. i was guaranteed to get my money. today it was debited. The supervisor from plus car yelled at me that the scooter was broken and hung up. I had great experiences with the service on Grand Canaria, but not on Tenerife. The pluscar employees were nice but the super visor was not. I also sent in pictures that the scooter was really intact. But they don't care My contract Number: Contract 10947 license plates 7707kmm Maybe someone can Help me that i get my deposit Back.

Don't go There, very bad service.I reserved a car through plus carrentals website. All I received was a digital confirmation. Because the landlord is around the corner from us, we just walked there. No one knew anything about the reservation. They also made no effort to look it up and we heard nothing further. Very bad service and very bad service and disinterested staff.

In this office there is just a one Star: M-me Rosa. Such a great and professional person is not easy to meet! She is not only just friendly, but extremely cordial person. Doing business with tourists is always hard, but she represents high level of understanding of the problem and her personal culture is just amazing. I had to change the car three times. Each (!) problem has been solved. Communication in English is possible. Such kind of employee is a GREAT win for the company today, in the time of small minded people, primitivism and arrogance! Being NOT satisfied with the customer care service at the another Plus Car Offices, I can REALLY recommend M-me Rosa office. If everyone could be in business so great, professional, kind, helpful, as she is, our world will be a paradise. Just perfect!

Very bad company. I wasted 3 days requesting a high-end vehicle, only to be told that they dont have it available even though their website says yes. I called their offices, on November 2, 2024 they told me that they have availability from 11/5 to 11/6 and I make a reservation so they can tell me the next day that they dont have any either. I called on 11/3/24 and they told me that they dont have cars available until February 2025 I mean in the low season they dont have any vehicles. That is if the operators are very rude, without vocabulary for sales and customer service.

Ive rented a car here several times and have NEVER had any problems. Dont be fussy when it comes to the cleanliness of your vehicle! Payment is only made when you pick up the vehicle and not, as with others, when you book in advance online! Small dents, even if they are caused, are generously overlooked. Friendly staff. Car booked for 3 weeks (April 28th - May 17th, 2018) from Germany at the unbeatable all-inclusive price of only 179.55!! VK without SB! Picked up at the airport in the parking lot not far from the terminal. Dacia Sandero (poorly made car!) preserved with air conditioning. The car only had 3600 km on the clock. Unfortunately, at 4000 km the engine light came on. The Dacia symbol would be stolen/torn down in a parking lot. The theft was not seen as a problem! The car was exchanged without any problems for a Fiat Panda with air conditioning due to an alleged engine problem. Delivery of this car, contrary to what was originally agreed, to our hotel in Puerto de la Cruz at no extra charge, thanks to the very friendly lady in the rental companys office. Perfect!! 5 stars!! Booked a car again with pluscar from May 3rd to May 18th, 2022. Hyundai i10. Everything perfect again!

Abgabe dieses Wagens, anders als ursprunglich vereinbart, in unseren Hotel in Puerto de la Cruz ohne Aufpreis, dank der sehr freundlichen Dame im Buro des Vermieters. Perfekt!! 5 Sterne!! Ab 03.05.-18.05.22 wieder ein Auto bei pluscar gebucht. Hyundai i10. Wieder alles perfekt!

On August 22, 2023, I rented a car to visit the island of Tenerife from end to end. At 9:30 in the morning they gave us a VW Up with a loose or flat tire warning light and we inflated it at the gas station and the warning light was removed. We continued our way from the north to the south passing through all the coves, beaches and towns that we found and at 3:30 p.m. the warning light came again. We approach the gas station again and our surprise is that the rear/right wheel had 1.8kg. We put 2.5kg on each wheel again and decided to return to the hotel to make an incident. We call the incident phone number and they tell me that I have to change the request, since they dont send anyone to change it, I tell them that I dont know how to do it and they force me to go to the lagoon office with a flat tire 20 minutes from hotel. They look at my car and without looking and checking the tire pressure they tell me that they carry 3.kg each and that this is perfectly fine for driving (the wheels regenerate air). I take the car back and the next morning I find it again. The car wheel goes down, I call assistance again and a young boy comes and tells me that the wheel is 1 kg. They give me a replacement car and reluctantly. Was it difficult for those responsible for the afternoon of the 22nd to change my car? No! He just doesnt feel like working. Llamos al tlf de incidencias y me dicen que la ruega la tengo que cambiar yo que ellos no manda a nadie para cambiarla, le digo que yo no se hacerlo y me obliga a ir a la oficina de la laguna con una rueda pinchada a 20min del hotel. Me miran coche y sin mirar y comprobar la presion de las ruedas me dicen que llevan 3.kg cada una y que eso esta perfectamente para conducir (las ruedas regeneran aire).me llevo de vuelta el coche y alas manana siguientes le vuelvo a encontra la rueda del coche baja, llamo otra vez a asistencia y viene un muchacho joven y me dice que la rueda tiene 1 kg. Me dan un coche de sustitucion y de malas ganas. ?Les costaba mucho a los responsables de la tarde del 22 cambiarme el coche? No! Solo que no tiene ganas de trabajar Ge perdido del alquiler una tarde y una manana por no darme una solucion desde primera hora y no me han devuelto nada porque supuestamente el tiempos de reparacion no se puede reclamar pero si esta gente incompetente me hubiesen cambiando el coche en el momento yo no habria tenido que volver a llamar el dia 23 y no hubiese perdido toda la manana. La verdad no vale la pena pagar menos. Yo confie en esta empresa y no vuelvo a contratar un coche aqui ni muerta. Cuento mi experiencia para que no vuelva a pasar. Dos horas despues llega el otro coche el cual nos dice que viene a mediados de gasolina (que nos reembolsarian el importe de gasolina sobrante del otro) y nos lo entregan con bajo nivel de aceite, baja presion de neumaticos y en reserva. Nos vuelven a dar el coche anterior con la rueda de respuesta en vez de darnos desde el principio el coche que llevaba el trabajador que estaba en perfecto estado ( esto dicho por el mismo). 4. Despues de dos horas y medias de viaje perdidas y medio deposito de gasolina perdidos llamamos para reclamar y nos dice la chica que es domingo que las reclamaciones el lunes pero que ellos dinero de gasolina no devuelven. Gracias a esta compania y a su servicio perdimos toda una manana de nuestro viaje por Tenerife PESIMO, no repetiremos
